Original source of this info was PP affiliate manager and it was shared during some sort of meeting that took place in London few weeks ago. According to the middleman (affiliate page rep) that passed that further it was made very clear in the way I presented it in my OP.

Hello!

I've read about new races/promotion on various affiliate sites, but sadly I realized I got an 7-8year old inactive account under an affiliate which do not operate anymore...(which is really sad since I cant participate in any rakerace or promotion)

I retrived my account and did contact the support they told me Party can't offer me anything. This means I can't even use the pp2016 code for the ticket or that one is avalible for every inactive pp player?

Do PartyPoker plan to offer any reload bonus for inactive players?

In the past, tickets with an expiry date of 2025 just got deleted without notice. People lost many $ because of this.
Thats one of the many ways party screws its costumers.

I think there was a post from Party saying the expiry date didn't actually mean an expiry date but something else and tickets were (randomly) expiring.

That's not fixed yet or? Those posts are from early 2015 and I'm hoping it doesn't work the same way anymore...

You hoping lol. Party did 1000 things to screw their costumers in the last years.
Segregation, casual tables, tickets deleting, making points less valuable, srewing up the bwin shop completely, no tournament dollar for second ticket, making software worse, doing nothing against scripters ... Etcpp The list goes on and on.

When i go to withdrawal > fast bank transfer and fill data i get message "Account number registered does not match the account number string registered in the IBAN Code".
I don't understand why i got this message.
I sent message to transactions@partyaccount.com on 11.02 and still didn't get reply.

I thought I was the only one this was happening to. It was gross, I eventually gave up since I didn't have any proof...

Party 1-click lobby seems like it doesnt work for me. Everything displays fine, but buttons don't work. Any idea why? Also regular lobby works, but i want to fix the 1-click one.

Yes they've done some ridic stuff but they have really turned the boat in the last 9 months or so.

Segragation happened 3 years ago under a different management.

While casual tables take some fish away from you, doesn't mean it's a bad overall decision.

Lower rakeback sucks as well but they were giving out unsustainable amounts before and aren't the only one who have lowered rakeback.

Not sure what you mean by making software worse? Yes, lot of work to be done if you compare to like pokerstars but how has the software been made worse lately?

And they've now done a lot vs bumhunting with making tables anonymous before sitting down, no player info in the lobby and now banning seating scripts.

Bwin does to their shop what Bwin wants. bwin.party (or I guess GVC now) or Partypoker can't do anything about that (nope, not fan of the company structure or bwin's decisions, either, but at least direct the blame there )

And let me add that Party is one of the few sites that is doing something against bots and cheaters (and I don't mean the few inexcusable cases where innocent players were banned but actual bot rings busted).

We advise to allow 48 hours for the ticket to be credited as the deposit was made yesterday its still pending - so will be added by EOD Thursday

This is not a bug but was changed last week
You can still manually change this to 100BB if you so wish -the change was made to most cash game stakes on Friday

Tickets have been removed in the past due to house keeping - to clear out redundant tickets and inactive accounts with several tickets as per our T&Cs
With the last round there was indeed an error and we replaced players tickets who had been affected in error
Regarding the issue you are referring to Lessu - I believe this was resolved in full
With regards to expiry - its really dependent on the exact ticket - some store ticket expire within an allotted time as do some which are promotion specific
General tickets won via sats etc do not carry an expiry date as such
Also when we make some major changes in our schedule and offering - some tickets are redundant due to changes and are replaced

I have no recent info regarding planned reload bonuses however its likely a bonus will be offered when powerfest kicks off in a few days

Dear,

What is Partypoker/Bwin's refund policy? The client on mac laptops is very laggy and buggy. That being said, this is the first time that I sat out without a game popping up and effectively losing 2 215$ buyins.


It happened around 3-4PM CET yesterday. I was waiting in the lobbies of 2 215$ turbo heads up sit and go's for games to start. I had other clients from other pokernetworks open aswell. Around 4:30PM I check my bwin account and notice that I'm automatically logged out (I didn't manually log out and my Wifi was on point at all times). When I log back in I see that I am out of the lobbies and lost both games, not playing a single hand in either.

The reason I send a request here is that I contacted the Bwin customer service yesterday and I'm still waiting for a response. I heard from other players that Bwin doesn't refund at all but I'm still trying here because there was a obvious fault in either the server or the client.

What sort of third world internet connection do they expect people to have? Furthermore, not only did I specify in the complaint that a) it was the really, really terrible bwin software choosing to just not respond at a time when literally everything else was running perfectly smoothly rather than anything to do with my internet connection, but b) even if it were my connection, I maintained a constant connection to everything else throughout.

Short version: I wouldn't hold your breath.

** $22 ticket function change.... **

Hi all

Please note that any $22 tickets won in satellites will now only be valid for satellites to $109 tickets. This is with immediate effect.

Example: Tournament: “$22 Tickets: 2 GTD” will now pay a ticket which can only be used in the following tournaments:

• $109 Tickets: 2 GTD
• $109 Tickets: 5 GTD
• $109 Tickets: 10 GTD

Tickets will no longer be able to be used for generic $22 tournaments etc.
