+1 no hud and tracking software changes, we need those to track our results and review our sessions.

Thank you - I feel we have made some great steps in the right direction over the last few months and the player forums and our Facebook communities have been vital in gathering the feedback to make these changes

There are no issues with HUDS as I have said many times
We are taking a very firm stance with seating scripts and other predatory software

Nice to see we are going in the right direction and we have certainly jumped into 2016 on the right foot - lets keep it going!

Hi Collette,
does it mean you no longer plan to remove hand histories? (I mean given you said you arenot against HUDs) or this is still on the table and you will remove hand histories soon??

Hello,

I just got 'invited' to party premium. Is there a link or post somewhere that lists the pres and cons of this?

Thanks.

As of today, PartyPoker is now accepting players from Latvia.
How did they do that? Did they get the licence? The law seems very tricky with this thing.

I would suggest you contact live chat - poker - or send an email for investigation
I had ended up contacting live support. they said it was an issue a lot of party poker players were having and to contact party poker.
i then contacted party poker and they said to contact live support.
kind of going in a loop..

I don't understand your above statement
partypoker have only one support - the customer service team which you can contact 24/7 online

Can you confirm how you got in touch with and to whom you spoke?
When you say you contacted partypoker - how did you contact them?

The customer service team details are available on the web page under Contact Us - you can call them , email or use live support
They provide all the CS support for both partypoker and partycasino

I am aware of no other players with a similar issue and would like to know who told you so

Thanks

Colette

Is it possible to disable the 'enter to bet' option? I've lost a lot of money by having a table pop-up while I'm clicking enter somewhere else and then inadvertently min-raising. I don't see anything about this under the options tab.

This is a decision for bwin management to make and inform their players
I have no news regarding the plans to remove fees for bwin users - sorry
