Thank you for your e-mail.
Please be advised that as from 12.10.2015, it is only possible to purchase 1 Poker item per calendar month. This decision has been made by the management and we are in the process to introduce a new loyalty scheme.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.
Kind regards,
Your bwin customer service team
This is so completely stupid, as they claim they are trying to protect rec. players, and only allowing a once a month pick of bonus claiming. This sounds again like a points grab, as you can read in the PS thread that they had over $1,5 mil. in FPP on thier liabilities and are planning to cut that liability through thier new changes by 25%.
So Bwin 1st doubles up on store prices, and locks out players to redeem, and have a new loyality scheme to be introduced at a later date.
Colleen is this what you mean by "ad hoc"
My name is Colette
No - this is not what was referred to as ad hoc bonuses in a previous post - this was regarding the random bonus drops - please do not misquote me.
If you are unhappy with the communication from bwin - please contact the Customer Service team via email or telephone.

I have shared your comments with the bwin team. I have no further feedback to offer - sorry.
As I have stated many times- partypoker already changed its loyalty store as you are all well aware - for now there are no further planned changes I am aware of - planned changes on bwin will not affect the party loyalty store.

tks
The bonus is released in 10 x slabs - for the minimum $10 this is released as $1 per slab for 12 points earned.

The bonus is only available on the day of the relevant offer and can not be claimed as a later date.
Thanks
