Why does party support suck so much. If you ask about A they give a response to B. It almost seems like their support has no clue about partypoker site, promotions, or sometimes reading comprehension.
Also +1 to how much their glitchy software sucks. The partypoker program crashes about once per day after the latest window update.
Interesting to see that Igor Anisimov/Alien112 has moved from Kazakhstan to Hungary. A really quick move I must say (and no WPN is involved I guess). Sad there is no point in reporting it though cause of the lack of support.
They have even been able to change their old nicknames to new ones. alien112 is now barista13 and sergbest is supernova_new. IMHO everybody that wants online poker to survive must report these colluders/cheaters.
Not shocked to see that Sergei Mineev/sergbest "have moved" from Kazakhstan to Finland. What a complete joke if Party allows this.
I have only logged in to party last night for the first time in ages and I am at a loss as to how you can even see a location for other players. When I hover over the name it just says the name and if I double click the player still no location shown so please let me know what I am missing.
I am disappointed to see PP the way it is currently as I believe it is site with so much potential.
They still have not fixed the issue with the lobby hopping all over the place which has been a problem for years. They still persist with this rubbish anonymity and not allowing people to watch the cash tables and the traffic has been hit hard by the loss of the player pool as mentioned at the top of this page. One smaller issue is the sounds are poor and not very clear what action has happened before you.
The things I like are the look of the software and they have a chat feature unlike bet365. I like the selection of SnGs available and that it is not full of bingo hyper-turbo games like 888. The software so far has been stable but it has been only a short period.

Back in the day when PP was obviously beneficial option to play (HUDs, +15% affil RB, std CG lobby not anon etc.) i played there but used pokerstars sounds. PP sounds were really annoing and sounded like lagging or sg.
Just overwrite the wav files with the PS ones if still an option.

1. Why does party not have the levels showing on the table? No site does this and this is ridiculous.
2. Whenever you open a tournament lobby for a specific tournament and say click on satellites, if you were to scroll down, it immediately scrolls back up. Does anyone else find this annoying?
3. When you check your current registered tournaments, by default it shows the latest tournaments you are registered for and not the earlier ones at the top. But even if you click on it to go from earliest to latest, it then goes back to how it is by default. This is like the opposite of how it should be. Does anyone here find this annoying?
4. When you check the tourney lobby, any tournaments you played and busted out, it shows as finished in the state. Every other site shows running etc. How come they haven't fixed this?
5. Sometimes after busting out of a table, when you are asked if you want to reenter, you click yes... and either you get back in the table a bit later... or you are registered but the table never opens up. You have to manually open that table up again. Or... it doesn't buyin and you have to manually buyin at the table even though you click yes. This has happened many times. Anyone had these last 2 other situations happened?
6. Why does it have to show the cashier balance every single time you bust out of a tournament when it ask if you want to reenter? I know some people like to hide the cashier and you can do that but it doesn't hide it when you are asked if you want to reenter etc.

I sent them everything they requested and 2 weeks later account is still closed without any answers. They could have requested these documents while keeping my account open. Has anybody else had this type of nightmare experience with Party?

I m from Sweden and had this problem with them, I sent them everything I could to prove Im a poker player, all kinds of withdrawals from various sites but they were just saying nope thats not enough whatever I sent them and in the end they froze my account and sent me the funds from my account. I also had played there for years (at least 500k hands) and made 6 figures on their damn site and that somehow didnt count either. I have no clue how they think over there.

I talked to some other players and they just had to show deposits from other sites to their bank account and it was ok but somehow that was not good enough in my case. I just gave up since traffic was bad anyway.

It happened two times for me. First an investigation in december and then the same investigation in february. Had to prove income, savings and other stuff like shareholding etc. Fixed it both times but still really, really sick by party. Pretty sure its their way to get rid of winning players in a "legal" way!

This makes me think in future, if I ever did go full time - to always have a side job or something.. so they can never accuse you of being ‘jobless’ and ban you
Hopefully that would overcome their attempts to do it. But then I also think, if they’re determined, they’re gonna do it anyway
