Message I get when I want to use a free sports bet: "Sports bets can only be placed in the currency selected at the time of registration. To place sports bets, you must change your account currency to USD."
So basically if I want to keep my account currency in euro due to withdrawal fees, I can't use the free bets from promos like the xmas card thing, or am I missing something?

Chat support on partypoker is rude, breaks and is useless.

Those sat tickets that expire are for sure worth less than face value. I recently won three 55 tickets. As expiry was coming up I registered for some Sunday tournaments. One tournament was cancelled and my ticket auto expired.

Only for the fact I went on chat and ask for it back. Grand got an email got my ticket.

It happens again only this time chat won't forward my issue to support or explain what happened.

I have to prove everything!! So I went and paid for sharkscope just to check my records. Went onto chat to verify I won those tickets and I didn't use them.

Tooth and nail it took, finally they wanted proof for the tournament I claimed to registered for this Sunday. It's gone? maybe I messed up? It's cancelled like last time?


It's only a 55 dollars ticket , I wasn't asking for newly created money just my ticket that disappeared into the ether. No joy


What I've learned from this experience is that like some pro said poker is hard and even harder when the environment you compete in is uncertain. I won't be trusting partypoker from now on out. I can now see the cracks in the foundation.

A ticket from a cancelled tournament should be returned almost immediately
Unless, the ticket was used to register for an event out with the target validity period - in which case it will auto expire however CS can easily review and return the ticket

When I quarrel with poker site staff in CEO-speak (like your example, 'Have a nice life'), it somehow hurts less than if it were done in strong language, even though both sides probably know that it's a quarrel anyway. YMMV.

Hello. I have a big problem with Party Poker software. When attempting to multitable jackpot SNGs as soon as I open a new table, all the other tables I'm playing freeze up for a few seconds, until the new table is open. I know this is not the fault of my computer, since I have a new powerful one.

Could you fix this issue or tell me some kind of workaround?

I don't know a fix, but once upon a time when was playing on iPoker and had the same problem (and also during my short stay at Party in the era of bounty jackpots), I'd make sure to have acted at all my tables before loading a new one (moreover, I waited until a moment when all my 3-max hands would be folded), so that the freeze would happen during my opponents' thinking time

Besides, 2 years ago when I was grinding at Party, PartyCaption was magically making the client more responsive, but I may be misremembering.

i won a $55 which i think expired today/yesterday. used it to register for a tournament for this coming monday (days ago), but when i checked my account today i am no longer registered. do tickets just expire upon expiry like this?

ok nvm support gave me a new ticket. they changed the tournament from a 55 to 33 lol

Checked FF tables today, fairly empty, yet somehow at lowly NL25 FF table you have this Belarus bot sitting on 1000 BB.

Hint, when somone gets to certain amount of BB on FF tables do an automatic check. Chances someone is up to 1000 BB since early morning till 1PM CET with numbers up to 100 at 25 for only like an hour, was bellow 50 before, are like really, really small. What you have is a bot running non stop, probably scripted to sit out for exactly the amount of time allowed before being disconnected and resuming play when numbers are up to whatever is optimal.

Party poker lobby closes randomly during a session and wont restart unless I restart my computer. Why is that? I am using party caption and thats it.

So far from support I've been told if I didn't opt in I won't get the spins (There is no opt in button for the wheel), try opting in on the website (there is no opt in button) and just to wait until Monday and ask again if it doesn't appear.

Yeah, i'm confused as to what is happening with this promo also...I'm yet to even see the PP wheel show up under my promotions tab in the client.

I've read through all the promo info, along with all the T&C's and no where does it state that an 'Opt-in' is required to take part.

From what I understand, you earn the required points and you automatically get to spin the wheel, which results in a GTD instant prize.

I've met the points requirement for this promo this past week so, i'll be interested to see if the wheel shows up and I get my spins. If it doesn't, i'll then be interested to hear what CS have to say about it.
