Well, sorry, your team is doing a really bad job then.
Not only should they have detected the bots themself and not be dependant on players reporting them, especially in 6max DoNs that are not flooded with regs (yet, and thus it was relativly easy to spot). They leave 2 of the 3 accounts open and they can play as if nothing is wrong. One of the 3 accounts however seems to ne frozen (over 48 hours no games played). The other 2 accounts are free to withdraw their funds or whatever it is. All of these accounts were relativly marginal winners, however they do take money out of the system that shouldn't belong to them, and I can not see anything done in a proper way to be honest.

On one side, I am glad you are definitely implementing changes, because improvement is needed.
But the outcome, well, everything is so black. Lot of research point out that black colour causes unrest and increased aggression. Is it possible you couldn't have chosen some brighter and lighter colour out of thousands there are?!

A few suggestions: when a SNG rematch window appears it still shows the word rematach. Maybe being a spelling nazi but these sorts of mistakes indicate laziness.
The basic game sounds are, at least to my ear, so harsh, and it's really a shame that I play in silent mode all the time. Can you please make those alarming sounds less shrieky?
Hand replayer?! It is so buggy I try using it every once a week and usually I get a bug in the first hand then I quit. Can you just make a new one from scratch that actually works?

Finally, perhaps the most irritating, why in instant hand history there are no graphic symbols of cards, rather walls of text. It's impossible to use quickly to see an opponent's hands.
And you know, there are still fair users that don't use HUDs, I am really expecting you to start banning accounts for third party software. I think there should be a banner in the lobby warning users of these programmes their funds could be seized.

Did waitlist bug got fixed in recent update? What about merged waitlists for 5bb and 100bb games?

how do i set the sound settings so that i only get an alert when my timebank is activated or almost finished.
if not possible, only an alert when its my turn to act.

all the noices for checking, betting,raising is just to much.

I'm having a rather unstable connection. It leads to the "lost connection" message on all of the current open poker tables. When the connection is returned, my prefered seat is not the correct one. I'm usually located at another seat. Whenever the hand is over, I'm back to my prefered seat again.

Are you familiar with this bug?

Just downloaded new update and it seems to be super glitched.
I get this screen in lobby and can't pull up anything and when I click anything it restarts the client??

software changes look sleek and quite nice. definitely a big improvement from before. Would be really nice to have some more options for the cards though, they all still look pretty ugly relative to the new layout.

Try uninstall - install. Worked for me.

Leave the black skin as is please, It's nice finally being able to see my HUD.

The 2 other accounts: one of them no games for about 24 hours, other one no games for roughly 18 hours. Other account still no games for 2,5 days. If this is a result of accounts frozen and not a result of other 2 accounts being able to withdraw because first one got locked, then I want to revert my statement and say good job.

Lobby is looking much better than before. The table design also is very well done.

What I'd wish for next (but you probably have scheduled your releases already, this is just what I find to be most important):
- improved filters, in case of SNGs especially to be able to filter by type of SNG (filter for Double or Nothings specifically)
- smoother gameplay, in whatever way possible (okay, I'll bring it up... stars is running just a lot smoother playing a bunch of tables)

Overall a very well done first update IMO and I'm looking forward to the ones to come.


EDIT: Not sure if it has been brought up already, but looking at the tournament schedule there are pretty big gaps in the schedule in terms of buy ins. For example, there are no $2.20 NLHE tourneys that are not satellites as far as I can see. No $3.30 or $4.40 either so there is a very big gap between $1.10s and $5.50 freezouts. The same applies to $5.50 to $11 tourneys. Are there plans on adding more tourneys inbetween? I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be the only one who'd appreciate filling these gaps, if necessary you should IMO replace part of the low end (eg. $1.10s) with a few $2.20s and $3.30s instead of leaving it as it is. For me there is little incentive playing $1.10 Tourneys, but I also don't want to go through the swings of filling that gap with higher buy ins alongside of my SNGs either.

Is it just me or is it very hard to find where you enter the settings menu on the new client?

How can i add tournaments to "favourites"? I got this message: "Look out fot the 'Add to favourites' button and use it to save games here for easy acess". Where is that button?

I would be really interested if it is the same again after this update today.

I cant filter for nl100 so I cant join any tables because there are non in the lobby. Is that a bug ?
