Congratulations. They will pay for the hotel yes, and you will be credited 900 to your party account that you can use for flights and expenses or portions thereof, but you are correct the hotel is 1900. You should getsome good vip treatment hopefully and a very nice room. That is the downside to those packages, you get stuck with whatever hotel and cost they give you.

my gladiator promo page says that i ve picked up 225 points on 15 days since promo started and i have won 250usd

table with points is gone

but my goal is 225 points for 20days (350usd)

i ve earned 225+ points for every day since beginning of promo (dont know how it was with timezones but in gladiator table i had always 225+ points, but now it is gone )

I didn't get it to work by deleting the list but I've now done this (below) 4 times in a row and waitlist works 100%

open client - open my waitlist - add something to waitlist - it gets added with only NL prefix - now close the waitlist window and click my waitlist again - add something there with different preferences and it adds the holdem prefix and suggests tables for you

After that it works fine. I guess if it stops working, repeat above.

I don't play cash games but, while grinding SNG Hero, I've also noticed that the software has become much slower than 3 months ago - all the tables freeze for 3 or so seconds when a 3rd or 4th table is loading. My laptop is not that weak - has 8 GB RAM @ 2.2 GHz - and the only other program running was PartyCaption.

On one occasion, Party's client even disconnected me for a few seconds when loading a 4th table, and when it reconnected, all the game sounds mysteriously disappeared (the table options panel was still regarding them as enabled) until I finished the ongoing pair of games (having unregistered from 2 more) and restarted the client to restore the sounds.

Dear Partypoker,

PLEASE put out a warning the next time you update your software. Like 4-5 minutes beforehand are enough. Would LOVE to at least play until the blinds to not lose out on tons of EV.

Started 4 fastforward tables. Posted the big blind on all of them and suddenly the software crashes and it gives me this message.

"Don't mind us, we're just making a few improvements to our product. We'll be back online very soon."

I was travelling home from our German Grand Prix so missed adding a notification in this thread of planned maintenance
However - we should also have a pop up message from the client - I will follow this up with the relevant team and ensure it doesn't happen again

Hi,

I have had a serious problem with the software for a while now.
Just now I raised HU and then tried to bet the flop, and the software checks the hand back.
If I call, it folds. All the buttons are messed up and this has happened 6 times already and cost me almost 2.000 dollars so far.

Live chat tells me they will look into it and then don't even bother to email me.

I re-installed the software about 6 months ago but it still randomly happens sometimes.
I had an update before I started the client, but the same thing also happened yesterday, before the update.

What can I do? If it doesn't get fixed, I have to stop playing on the site.

Can you PM myself your username and some further information
A screen shot/hand or game IDS would help
What system are you currently using?
Also - do you have anything else running while using the software?

As much info as you can provide will help and I will ask the team to look into it

I cannot see how many points i have at gladiator for today, it say the promotion is over. Please fix.

For the three consecutive withdrawals (within the last 3 months I must add), I have to wait over two weeks for the approval. Every single time, I get some BS excuse that " Your account is under security review " - 3 times in a raw they are searching for something, probably don`t even know what. The level of arrogance hit the roof.

I have had locks up of the partypoker table software before where it won't respond to any inputs and things get all ****ed. For w/e reason if I do a control+alt+delete and then cancel the prompt everything gets function again in the party poker software.

That has saved me from being being timed out which is what sounds like is happening to you

is there any timeframe given about when partypoker is implementing the new rewards program? summer, fall? are the changes gonna be similar to that of stars?


also is it safe to keep saving your loyalty points? will they lose value once the new changes are implemented, in terms of converting 4250 points to $500 cash?

You clearly don't understand how fastforward works (I thought poker players were supposed to be intelligent?). Every player posts blinds an equal amount, so next time you play fastforward, you will get plenty of hands before you next have to post any blinds.

On a side note, the purchase of $20 Sit & Go Hero tickets or batches of 200+ tournament dollars provides a better value that the conversion to cash (25% rakeback nominally as opposed to 23.5%) if your expected ROI at SNG Hero is better than -6% (which I think is true for most regs of any poker format at the time of their transitioning to SNG Hero).

It only works like that if u sit out. once u close the table (in this case partypoker closed it for me) and reopen it, u start in the BB again. That means even in fast forward u always want to play until the bb before sitting out and closing the table. And thanks for insulting my intelligence
