I reported 2 Canadian players for doing this in a $55 SNG tonight as well. Thier screen names were 'anthony2610' and 'PocketAA'. Clear cut collusion. Please report them as well as to put pressure on support as I have reported 'anthony2610' 2 weeks ok for the same thing and support still hasn't got back to me.

Party rep could you please look into this also.

I have a question about tickets. I have five 5.5$ normal tickets that can be used in any 5.5$ Mtt like Jab or Powerfest event... I also had one 5.5$ satellite ticket. So i wanted to use it in a 22tickets 2gtd satellite. I went to my tickets and click on satellite ticket and use ticket now. But the client used my normal ticket instead which is not fair as i want to use them in Powerfest. So i went to support and ask if they can deduckt my satellite ticket and give me back the normal one. They said to me i made a mistake not choosing the right ticket which is not true, as i clicked on satelitte ticket-then use it now and the only option i get is use 1ticket or 5.5 buy in. Even if i register to any other 5.5 satellite right now client is first using my normal tickets and the satellite ticket is still there not used. So this is a client problem

The day after you posted this, they finally replied to me. I didn't get an explanation why it took almost a month to get back with me but it obviously helped that you sent them a message.

You mentioned that bwin poker is a stand alone entity but unfortunately I can't find a bwin poker thread on here where I can correspond with a rep whenever cs is not responding to my mails.

Anyway, thanks for helping out.

Just witnessed something fairly suspicious at a tournament table (chip dumping) so I go to fire an email off but cant find the address. I go to support and am told that there is no email address to contact the security department, I am just supposed to give the ID names to support in chat and they will investigate.

Sounds like you don't even have a security department.

Send directly to support who would then forward it onto the relevant department.

bwin do not manage a support thread on 2+2 you need to contact them via CS

The security team do not directly deal with players - hence why we have a CS team who will record details and share with the relevant team for review and action

its hard without been able to check hands now but just some really obvious stuff like my last sesh i check/shoved him on the turn and he tanked for like 5 with a set where he cant really be beat he seems to do this alot as its not the first time. Where any human that bets in a big pot would have his eye on the table and just snap call. I have afew friends that have played v him alot and have thought his tendencies are not human like also.

also most obv bot on party is Hot1991 not sure how this bot hasnt been noticed yet

Hey there, just changed my address (moved to scotland) but when i try to login from greece i get a message when i try to register in a tournament. Is it just a mistake, maybe my address wasn't successfully registered or something, or i can't play from countries like greece even though im there for holidays?

1. I've been playing poker for about 10 years. Known to some in the Russian community as "Margot". I've had a 2+2 account long time ago, but couldn't remember or find my credentials.
2. Did not play today. Tilt. I've had cases of some fascinating "for no reason whatsoever" bans before. The most remarkable was the Dollaro ban, like 5 years ago.
3. If by "lol" you mean a genuine laughter, I'd love to learn your screenname so I'd know whose calls vs weak opponents I should raise more often. Personally, I don't see how there's anything funny about it.
4. Usually it's considered healthy to play as much as possible in Dec-Jan. Although, I should probably take a couple days off. Especially since I've just managed to end my -24k downstreak.
5. The kind fella, who helps me out with this translation, says "you can't prove a negative" (hi, atheists!). Oh, well. At least me being here allows me to answer any specific allegations.
