I requested a withdrawal on the 26th which is still showing as pending in my account. I just spoke to live chat and they say it takes up to 3 business days to process, I make it 4 business days now, should it still show as pending.
Live chat just didn't seem to want to answer me, they just said it should reach my bank by the 4th of jan.

I've found initiating my withdrawal on non-business days results in my withdrawal taking longer.

A few suggestions.

- Warning sound should be changed, it is very annoying.
- Tickets which you can claim with party points should include SNG Hero tickets, since not everyone likes MTTs/normal SNGs plus this would help to bring more people to play spins and that would decrease wait time.

What do you spend pts on to get 75% total?

I've got 4x 200$ bonus and usually spend pts on saturday high roller tickets. That gives u 75%?

Am I right that the terrible hand history changes don't affect FastForward tables? I'm not willing to play at such a disadvantage to cheaters but really want to play on Party with these bonuses piled up!

at some point i'll put more volume on party and spend 4200 points on 500$(23.5%) + bonus clears at 33% + 25%~ rb so actually 80%.

What im wondering is if i can withdraw in between bonuses because i really don't need that many thousands in my party account with the horribleness that the 100$ HUDS + bots are doing to the regular tables.

I was under the assumption that the 12 days of Christmas bonus started on the 26th as per tradition. I just logged on, went tot he promo and was told I'm not eligible but that more exciting promos are on their way. Did I get the start date wrong, or did they finish early? or did they finish it early for me? I was away until the 27th so can't be sure about the dates.

The ones that I've used before: support.nl@bwin.be or support.en@bwin.be. (Belgian support but I've never had any problems with them. They can be quite slow sometimes but not like this).

Also tried live chat on numerous occasions but I always get this message:

"Our employees are busy. Please try again later or send us an email.
