I've gone from choosing not to play because I FEEL it's unplayable,
To being not able to play, because it IS just plain unplayable :/

on the sharkscope.com we can see that KarameLenka 1 played 723 mtt on partypoker and in the 689 of them played also Cool_SerGZ

i have pallaium status on partypoker.com and write to my personal manager 4 letters on russian language about this and another facts of multiaccounting more than two weeks ago and he get it to security of partypoker but
this people continue play from two accounts now(sometimes in the tournaments with feeld less than 100 people so sometimes this two account play on one table).

hom you can see my english is very bad and i can not to discuss this problem by telphone in english.
so i need contacts of sequtity of partypoker to discuss this problem.

doesn't matter even if it was just $1 they lowered, it's still super scummy and i'd give them **** just on principle

it's sad anytime they are using "terms&conditions" or "management/company decision" as a reason to justify

i wonder if the licenser cares about this stuff? even in the past month several times they have had hugely misleading/borderline scummy promotions

where is that new guy who came from stars to party? i thought he was supposed to turn party to the correct direction? he made the opposite turn imo

I sent this to both info@ and vip@palladium emails on the 9th

on the evening of the 15th I got an email from my vip rep saying they just received the email ("for some reason"). there have also been emails that the vip support said to have sent but never came to my gmail account (yes, i've checked the spam folder)

i wonder how many have been affected by this? I guess party will blame google for this. has to be a problem at google's end, right?

And be warned, this cheater is also still out there using 6 machines simultaneous. (the PTR link I got from Mike Haven)

centebakkie do these short disconnects show all tables with the network connection error popup and do you get the no network yellow triangle on your connection on the bottom right of your screen (Windows 7, Network status)?

I don't wanna come off as paranoid , but maybe they needed to make SSL fixes (it affects passwords) because of heartbleed , and they are attempting to do it quietly to not spread panic.
Can you really see party telling us our accounts may be compromised ???

it's obviously their software's fault but party doesn't admit it being wrong anytime

just keep pressuring them for refunds as explain your case again. especially the part that you understand you lost your connection but even when reconnecting the software wouldn't do what it's supposed to

Pretty sick that many people complain about the same issues and party keeps saying its not their fault!

The problem is that i never know what is the best thing to do because sometimes the disconnection only last a few seconds up to a few hands. So if i close the software and log back everytime it does that i would be losing too many hands. But sometimes because i decided to wait then im timed out and will lose even more hands and as i said their software is pretty slow to close and reconnect. And closing the table to reopen with the lobby dont always work for me. Seems like their software balance really well their bugs range. You never know exactly what you should do right away.

I was explaining to a staff on the live chat that my internet was ok but i got disconnected on party then when the disconnection seemed to stop i could see the action but i was still sitout...they still say the problem isnt their software but some servers somewhere i was so pissed off

lol try to message WPT support. These guys nevvvvvvver respond. WTF system are you running. They have disappeared, and so has paypro. All there emails are deactivated. It is amazing how bad a company could be run.

I email stars and I get a response amazingly quick.

I have it on party and bwin in same manner. Without the yellow triangle.
All other internet activity works fine as do all other pokersites I play.
It's been like this for a few month's now and my database is totally messed up by it, missing a lot of hands.

last time i requested HHs via email, HEM1 wouldn't recognise them. For some reason Party sends them in different format than the ones that get saved on your hard drive.

one problem was that if the screenname had a space in it, the requested HH would only have the first part of the screenname making the whole thing corrupt.

but as we are forced to upgrade to hem2 soon i guess that doesn't matter as long as hem2 supports the emailed HHs

Ok, not what I've experienced.

I think my problem is my router settings it happens on both Party and Stars and is completly random, some days never happens other days happens 3 times in a session.

Nevertheless hope you find that bug.

pay-pro.com is indeed not there anymore, strange to say the least

I was just about to use my WPT account again for a while but thanks for reminding me about their support. They self-excluded my accounts by mistake once, took me a week to get them up again thanks to party support.

Partyrep, what is your statement on paypro? Considering it is your payment processor it looks really shady that you take down there website, and deactivate all there emails!

If your switching sites or emails then you really should have them in place before you take down the original, and when problems occur on your site, you should change the 'contact [email protected]' popup, seeing as how that address goes nowhere.

Search paypro and click on there site. Its gone! Email paypro and you'll receive a response back saying it is being deactivated.

And about WPT, they have a good brand based on the live tournament tv coverage etc. A lot of new players, rec players etc probably search and would join WPT online poker, but they make it hard to even find the download for there client. And there software has not been changed so it still works pretty well, unlike the new partt client. So it really is too bad the support is so awful.
