Online HORSE games? Online HORSE games?

I have two questions about online poker sites.

First, what sites for United States players, if any, have H.O.R.S.E. games on a regular basis?

I did a google search about this and looked at a few sites, but it was difficult to find reliable information about what games other than the usual suspects are played. In some cases, a website would name a particular online site as one that runs horse, and after going to that site, horse was actually not one of the games run by that site. After spending over an hour at this, I wasn't able to find any reliable information about this. Maybe because no poker sites run horse? But if that's the case, I'm surprised that I couldn't find that fact being discussed anyway.

Second, I live in Washington state, and have no interest in breaking any laws, but I am interested in playing poker online sometimes when I am traveling out of state (or to another country such as Mexico). Will poker sites give me grief about even adding money to my account or creating an account because I live in Washington, even if I will only be playing online poker while not in Washington?

Kings. It's a private/invite only site. They have tons and tons of mixed games. Can give you a lurk account access to see tables. I play there 3 or 4 hours a day.

It's private so you'll have no cashier issues
