BetMGM Poker PA ran the Big Shot Series of tournament events this past week.

The website and software promised all players who registered before the start of any event (and stayed registered through the start and didn't unregister) a freeroll ticket for this Saturday, Nov. 26 Freeroll (where that freeroll awards 5 players a $1000 ticket to the Six Figure Sunday GTD 100000 tournament event).

The website and software stated "Players will be awarded a Big Shots Freeroll ticket within 24 hours of the conclusion of each event.".

I never got my freeroll ticket within 24 hours of my Big Shot event from Thursday, and looking at the Sat Mov. 26 Freeroll lobby no one is registered so I don't think anyone who registered before the start of an event and stayed registered got their ticket within 24 hours of the end of a qualifying Big Shots event.

I contacted support multiple times (they seem to get confused so I spoke to agent today and gave pdf attachment) -- we will see if they award all Big Shot Series players who registered early their freeroll ticket as promised - they shouldn't state in the Terms and Conditions a promise (24 hours) they didn't keep for anyone.
