Yeah that's exactly what mine said too. I followed up with customer service and after a day the money was back in my account. I also got my bank to waive the fee. But now I'm going to see if I can get my check expedited or something.. not holding my breath though.

for future reference...to pick up a moneygram or wu is there a city/state listed on the ticket and you need to be in that city/state to pick up?

do these requirements differ with wu or moneygram?

google has told me different stories....

wondering if I should have accepted cash transfer and picked this up while I was on vacation.....

Bounced Check.

5 weeks and no resolution.

Carbon Poker
Check Requested in early October.
Received in late October.

I screwed up bad and kept forgetting to deposit until mid November.

November 17 - Check bounced.

I have been receiving these bs emails every few days or so saying they are working hard to find a resolution. I have sent my account information with scans of the returned check. Still nothing.

Anyone know of a contact to speed this up? It's a small amount of money, but I refuse to play with them until this is resolved, and I really want to play.
