no, because carbon is sending their BTC from their wallet to yours, there is no investigation in between. there are no "people" reviewing your transaction unless you're dealing w/ coinbase or some legit exchange
the issue is carbon isn't paying fees correctly, everyone start emailing them and telling them to up their fees, the btc just gets sent back to original sender so i just email them and tell them to pay more than .0001 btc, i paid .00015 and it sent almost instantly
