"We have noticed that you have a pending withdrawal Trans ID: 5101837 for $4000 requested on 5/24/2016. As one of our most valued customers receiving funds via bank wire is also a method available to you. Once you have verified your registered banking information is still valid, your withdrawal will be prioritized and placed at the top of our processing queue. "

Ok this is a bit ridiculous

One, I don't believe for a second I'm being out in some priority queue

Second, btc should be easier for them to process in every way so I don't think this is about making my withdrawal "easier"

Not feeling good atm

I received the same account message but wrote support and declined. I can't really think of a valid reason why they would want BTC withdrawals switched to bank wires other than the fact that Merge gon' Merge.

So with no USA players does that make any difference to current US players? Can we still deposit/withdraw? Also, like someone else mentioned where will new players come from? Right now US players only play US players on merge right?

Im still pending from fckn 19th.

Carbon told me the timeframe for BTC is 5-7 business days. After they extended that period, I asked support again and they said there would be no given timeframe at all, but if Im keen on knowing one, I could just switch to bankwire and then would at least be aware that it takes ages lol.

Also told me that who requests first gets processed first, but I know people requesting later then me, still get processed before..

Why do they have to do such obv lies in their support...

I got this message and accepted because there is probably a good reason for it.

How long after you declined did you receive your BTC?

There has been a huge spike on BTC lately which may mean they don't want to be at risk for losses on cashouts etc... Sure they would have made a ****load if they had been sitting on BTC but it could easily go south as the market has been pretty fast lately.

I just think them wanting to spray out the wires comes down to balancing cashouts in some sense and I don't think they would be doing this without a good reason.

Maybe they are low on BTC and some Processor has a bunch of money to spray wires (which haven't been used much in this thread much lately)

All speculation but I accepted

I had thought about doing that too. Check request 5/22 still pending. I just think it's stupid to have to make a bitcoin deposit in order to get the withdrawl option. Keep us posted.

I just declined ~24 hours ago so I'll keep you posted. But every max wire I've ever gotten has always been hit with ~$250 foreign conversion fee that would need to be put back into my account so I chose not to deal with that again.

Even if I have to wait a few extra days for this BTC as opposed to a wire, I'm fine with that as long as there are no hidden fees besides the ridiculous 5% and my BTC withdrawal option stays intact, since you never know what Merge will do with BTC when you start withdrawing another way.

Just to inform everyone, I requested bitcoin payout on 05/22 and it was in my bitcoin account on 05/31. I hope they keep doing great job because i love Carbon Poker software. I think its way better then Bovada or WPN
