You should be able to "live chat" by going to "deposit", use BTC entering an amount and hitting "next". You don't have to actually deposit/send the BTC. At the bottom of that screen there should be a "chat" icon/button to connect with CS live.

That's typical for almost every poker site. If you want to deposit then you need to wait for your withdrawal to be processed or cancel. No need to deposit if you have money in your account.

I haven't seen another way to get to live chat except that one, so try creating an account at Sportsbook and doing it there. That site is on the same network as Carbon, Merge, so maybe they are using the same CS, worth a try, imo. To be clear, you would just be creating a Sportsbook account to gain access to the live chat but when prompted to enter your info, you would use your Carbon info before being transferred to an agent.

If new USA players aren't allowed to join where does the fresh blood come from? What incentive will ROW players have to join the site as the bad USA players bust or give up leaving the strongest players left in the pool? FWIW I am a USA player thinking about redepositing after a long hiatus from the network.

This isn't the first time Merge stopped accepting new US players, although the last time I remember they announced it well before hand and noted that it was temporary. This was following the surge of new players following black friday.
If I remember correctly, didn't Sportsbook not accept new US players for quite some time before/after that?
