Just made one $20 bitcoin deposit and had withdrawal available in like two to three days afterward. Didn't even contact support or anything. However shortly after my deposit I noticed I needed to reverify my email address on the verification page.

Since the payout delay that occurred near end of 2015 I've received I think 3 checks from playersonly/sportsbook and each one took about 1 month.

I really can not stand this site tbh. I do not understand why they let others use bitcoin withdraw and not me. -_-

F*CK CARBON.. I had a feeling it was too good to be true. My check bounced today, after clearing and being available the day after deposit. To be fair, being available in my account was probably due to my good relationship with my bank and the bank extending me a courtesy. What pisses me off the most is that relationship is now forever tainted. Banks will always keep a record of this. Contacted Carbon and they said a stop was placed on the check due to a technical problem (WTF?). They asked me to prove it bounced (which is understandable) and they began the process to reissue a check. Since I don't want to wait again, and out of fear the next check could bounce again, I asked for Western Union as a one-time exception. They said it's not an option and I will have to wait for the check. My theory: they've done this to so many other players, maybe they're trying to buy time and this next check will clear. Why play games and f*ck with my emotions and bank account?? Even if I'm wrong, it's not that difficult to write a good check. Learn from my mistake of trusting them. Don't spend the money and wait a few weeks to make sure it fully clears.

I have had this happen a few times over the years from Merge this is definitely not unheard of. I had 2 checks bounce in 2012 and 1 in 2013. They did immediately reissue a check and it arrived within a few days. Back then they claimed it was a processor error.

Aside from the inconvenience of it financially I have not had any adverse effects from my bank.

From what I have gathered these Canadian checks issued by Merge are not linked to an account that is a large pool of money. In most cases the funds are only available for a short time for whatever reason. This is why we have seen checks that have a long hold (by your bank) sometimes come back returned.

Yep. Just closed out my account when they removed HHs. Got my cash so fast I couldn't cancel it by the time they restored them. I almost thought about redepositing, but I'm annoyed by the 5% I just paid.

Makes me frustrated they do not offer it to me. I am going to keep asking them.

I love the merge software and would play if only they offered me a btc withdraw.

Make a small deposit with bitcoin, wait a week, and then contact the cashier about getting bitcoin withdrawals again. You'll have a higher success rate.

It means your check hasn't bounced yet but will soon. Contrary to popular belief your check does not clear in one day it takes several weeks to clear for a foreign check. Thats why sometimes some checks get sent to collections if they deem it to be suspicious so rather than giving you the money in advance they make sure its legit then you give your money. But your bank gave you your money right away without sending it out to collections. So eventually it will come back as a bounce check.

Thanks. It's been about a week since I deposited the check and it is still showing as available in my account. Luckily, I haven't touched the money and will refrain from using that account for now. Will update when the check bounces.

They say you MIGHT get bitcoin if you deposit through it. Some people just have it.

I just emailed Carbon asking to lift my ban and allow for bitcoin withdrawals. 2 hours later my bank wire from 1/21 is processed. Not sure if it was a coincidence but I'll take it.
