The trend (small sample obv, just from observing the posts) I see is the processed days move 1 day over each week with the exception of 4/14 and 4/21 both being on a Tuesday.

Maybe we can expect the next batch of check payouts to happen this Friday at latest? Lets hope they finish up February's requests and start catching up on everyone elses. GL I hope we all get paid.

Requested 2-27 still waiting with no update. Every time I email them they give me a regurgitated version of the same vague answer about high withdrawal volume which I just don't believe. It is particularly troubling that they won't even give me a timetable on when I can expect to receive payment. At this point I don't really know what to do or what to expect in terms of when and if I will be getting paid. Is there any kind of action I can take that would be at all helpful? It is encouraging to see that at least they have paid some people according to this thread.

Didn't pokerscout say carbon was based in Canada? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I thought I remember a while ago comparing Lock on pokerscout to Merge on pokerscout, and being pleased to see that while Lock was based out of Curaçao, Carbon was based out of Canada? I remember thinking, 'we'll at least curaçao doesn't have anything to do with the other sites open to the US.'

If carbon is based out of curaçao, how has this not been a huge huge source of discomfort? I haven't seen it mentioned on here.

Again, hoping merge is all well and good. Still mixing in merge games with WPN games, because they are probably trying to pay out and probably not trying to run. Probably is a keyword at this time, though.

Ugh, I just did look at the gaming license page on Merge. I was being pretty gullible, thinking that the game server location would be also where the licensing would come from.

So what is the deal? Is all of merge licensed by curaçao or just carbon? This is probably old news to anyone who played on Lock, but for those who didn't, curaçao didn't respond to any complaints that people made (and reported on 2p2) about the lock scam. My take home information from that, before any of this started happening on merge, was that curaçao is a place for companies to get their license when they are going to be shady.

I've been super lucky in the history of these sites that are sinking ships.

I managed to get 25K off of fulltilt less than 2 weeks before they quit processing withdraws.

I got all my money off Lock @ .80 right before their value went down to where waiting and praying was your only option.

Money off of UB a month before they died.

I am a February 27th withdraw, and I think my luck has finally ran out. Gun to my head I'd still say I probably see this money, but I don't think it's much better than a coinflip.

I feel really, really bad for the people that have a decent chunk of their life roll on here. It's insane what poker players have had to deal with over the years.

I still have the option to deposit and withdraw using Skrill in the poker client...Does this mean anything? or when you go to withdraw does it tell you Skrill payouts are not being accepted? I am assuming the deposit option is still valid...

I would bet that if you tried to withdrawal using skrill you would eventually get an email saying it can't be processed and has to be done another way.

I noticed people saying to cancel the check and try to request another one. I requested my check Feb. 22, and it still hasn't processed. Is there any evidence that I would be better off canceling and requesting another one?

I just canceled mine and started playing again. Figured there's no use in waiting for something that may or may not happen. If I see people giving positive updates I may try to withdraw some. I do think it's wise to cancel, unless you still have decent funds in your account. It probably helps them, or, may not matter at all. Who the f*ck knows at this point.

Can anyone confirm what happens when you go to cashout using Skrill?

Yes, they have always paid out. But never before have they accepted Skrill deposits, yet not accepted Skrill payouts. They are limiting their customers to $2,500 cashouts, which they are not even paying. This time is much much different than past delays.

Processing a few withdrawals here and there doesnt mean much mtgox did the same. The question to me is how did they get here and how can they can out of it. Appeaetly they had issues before and instead of fixing things this time things are worse.

When I told them I wanted to file a complaint with the gaming commission they pretended to not know what a gaming commission was (both live support and management, I have the emails lol). I think those going on a 3 month wait should def file a complaint. Im not sure if they use the Curacao or Kahnawake commission but I filed with both.

I just wanted to add, in case I'm coming across as a condescending asshat to some - I'm sure that I've gotten into dozens of arguments on these forums that I didn't need to, and derailed a few threads as a result, so I'm not being judgmental or intending to be all "holier than though". Just releasing a little frustration at seeing several post reports and ~40 more posts of people arguing with one another.

I get that people are upset, and understandably so. And I don't hold one "side" as any more responsible for the derails than another. Just do your best to not make the issues here personal, please. It does no one any good when this thread becomes pages of people bickering. We have plenty of other threads for that.
