I just had the exact same thing happen to me. It was with a Canadian check that wasn't guaranteed by a U.S. bank like all the other checks they usually send. I informed customer service and they are supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours. We'll see...

Same thing just happened to me...ive deposited 15+ checks over the last yr or so and have never had a problem, I always just use the atm, this time it said it wasnt a check, so i had to go inside. It was actually a money order from Canada. The lady at the bank said she had never seen one of them before, but it was fine and would be in my account the next day, she was correct, BUT 3 wks later it was just returned to me. Am in the process of going to get the returned check and scan and send it in. Unreal.

My withdraw request with Players Only was on 2/15. I just contacted Live chat and asked why it has been 8 weeks and still in "pending" status. They said the slow process times are because of the volume of people requesting payouts from the Superbowl. I don't even bet sports this is redonk.

It's actually true. This happens at many sportsbooks/poker rooms/etc. Basically any business that relies on "high risk" payment processing companies tends to feel some effect during times of heavy gambling (SuperBowl being an excellent example).

Well, based on past statements he has made, they have always proved to be correct, so I guess it doesn't really matter. Can only speak for myself, but his advice/statements have yet to steer me wrong.

So let me get this straight.It took two months for the check to be simply processed? Let me also assume during that two month period if you were to log into the client you still had direct access to wager those funds while you were waiting?

No those funds were not wagerable. Yes the first check takes a while. If you are moving larger amounts of funds then you put them in a queue and each subsequent check after the first one is processed in 10-14 days. Mail time avg's 3 days.

This is true of this cashier, but not all sites/networks out there.
