I contacted chat today regarding my payout thats in week 4 (bank wire 2-4 weeks) and it appeared he copy/pasted his response which I didn't like. There were few words that were underlined and its obvious that those are the parts he filled in specifically for my case. It looked like this.

Joe Eriksen: ***, I can see your bank wire withdrawal is still pending, the timeframe to process a withdrawal via this method is within 2 to 4 weeks, I know it seems like a long time, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this causes; However, it is our policy to remain honest with our customers at all times rather than give unrealistic timeframes. Sometimes the processor is able to get your money on its way to you sooner, but in a worst case scenario it may take a little longer within this timeframe.
Joe Eriksen: I can assure you we will do our best to send you these funds as soon as possible, please accept our sincere apologies.
