Getting a Canadian bank account isn't going to speed up your Carbon withdrawals in any way, shape, or form.

Do you still get one free check per year or is there a 3% fee on everything now. Trying to decide if I want to cash out 500 now or wait til I can do a max cashout to save $60 in fees.

I want to travel internationally for 6 months to 1 year. Would there be any way to withdrawal money and get access to it
when I'm not at my home address?

There are some mail forwarding services (e.g earth mail), but they are kind of pricey and I don't even know if they
physically take the check to the bank for you.

Anyone have suggestions?

Newbie teller when I made deposit couple days ago. Senior teller walked him thru steps to process a Canadian check in U.S. funds. Took 5 min. instead of usual 2. One question last year. " This is a Canadian check?" I answered, "Yes it is." Nothing more.

I went back a few pages, and it seems that cashouts are slow and subject to fees?

I couldn't find much info on the Carbon website. Would anyone mind giving me cliffs on withdrawal methods as well as wait times and fees involved? Much appreciated.

Has anyone else here noticed their checks haven't processed in a batch even though they've requested the withdrawal as soon as the last one was processed?

I've had a check miss a processing batch each of the last 2 months whereas prior to that I always received a check with every batch, having ordered a new check as soon as the previous one was processed.

I don't want to accuse anyone of anything but I'm wondering if Carbon put the brakes on withdrawals for people who request a new max withdrawal every time a check processes, as I have been doing for a little while now.
