Why anyone from outside the US would want to play there is beyond me. Plenty of fish elsewhere.

^ Personally I find the games on Merge really really soft. Americans have a tendency to be extremely arrogant and overly protective of their ego. Thus, they'll continue to sit in games where they're overmatched, while telling themselves that they're only losing by bad luck.

If I could, I'd sit on all US networks.

Any other regs who aren't Elite now? Kind of annoying knowing that several players in my games are Elite, while I'm one of the few players who actually starts the games (and have been for years).

Does the determination for elite have to do with VIP point balances? I have 60k and raked 2k or so last month. Still just Carbon plus. Maybe they don't want to just give me that money. Is Carbon going over to this new network tomorrow??? First I've heard of it.

What time zone is this new schedule catering to? On what planet is 3pm nightly? Even on the east coast it's 6pm, and even that is barely what most would consider night....i'm missing all the nightly tourneys because they're just too early.

I raked a few hundy there last month, told them I'd rake 1-2k a month steady if they upped me to Elite. They said to get plus for a few months, and that between that and "other factors" which they wouldn't get into, would determine whether I get accepted into it in the future.

If it wasn't for their decent SNG rake races, I couldn't justify playing there. I hope we get a White Friday someday, where the DOJ stops being illogical psychos and lets people do what they want with their money.

...It was trash night lol I definitely deserve a fee for the stop and trace...but $250??? If the check was for $100, does merge get f****d or is the fee just some percentage amount? Can someone just say "F*** you Merge, Im going to withdraw $5 every month and just request stop and trace every time, that way you have to pay $250 for the fee".

Oh and I almost forgot, I'd like to see a $2.20/$5.50/$11 Big Hyper Turbo GTD MTT on Sat and Sunday. There was one on the very first October schedule but it was removed before the first weekend (a $5.50 $2k GTD Hyper MTT I think).

Ya I do agree, $250 is trash. And those charges are just money grabs. I had an NSF once because I forgot about my monthly gym pass. $40 a month for the gym pass, $40 NSF charge from the gym, $40 from the bank. Luckily I told the gym it was the banks fault, and they waived it no questions asked. Then I told the bank I'd close my account with them if they didn't refund the NSF fee. Surprisingly they did it as a one time show of good faith. However, the amount they make off each degen banker is sick.

Didn't mean to start all this lol, basically my point was why play on very risky sites that can shut down any moment when you have 100's of others, I'd kill to be in the position of people outside the US. Merge and all current US sites would be a dead and distant last on my list even if the players were worse.

Also are people on PO still only able to sit 2 tables? I see other people who are able to sit more.

Back on Oct. 8th i was in there nightly 11 dollar tournament. I am chip leader for about 3 hours and we get down to 6 people and the winner gets 2000 dollars. I have about 1.5 million in chips and the next closest has about 600,000 thousand. Well the blinds get to 35,000 and 17,500. Well Carbon software messes up and they are only posting 3,500 big blinds but still 17,500 small blinds and if you call the big blind from the small you would get 14,000 back. Well this screwed me cause those big blinds would have forced people to start going all in. well surprise surprise i go out 6th. I contacted live chat and emailed them about this. They admit that there software messed up but dont offer no kind of money back or even tournament tickets. They way i see it there error cost me about 1700 dollars. They said well we fixed the problem but since its over we cant do anything. I contacted live chat when it happened and still nothing. So dont expect them to be at fault for anything when it is abviously there fault.
