How can I contact the service? do not respond to e-mails, do not respond to emails written through the poker application.
For a month I have not been verified I have sent several times documents zero response
I can not withdraw money because I do not have a verified account ... Any help ?

Only way I know to access it is to go to the cashier which should bring up the BTC deposit page. Click the green box at the bottom right that says "next" (don't worry it's not going to force a deposit). Then on the next page at the bottom left you'll see a blue box that says "chat".

Hello everyone who is still around

New PC....does anyone know a work around downloading Carbons Poker Client? Get the error "This site can’t provide a secure connection" Tried turning off windows defender and firewall. It seems like my ISP is blocking it.

I know poker is dead, but anyone still use their sportsbook? I wanna place an NFL futures bet, and they seem to have a good price? Are they still reliable on that side?

yup still reliable just have to wait about a week for a btc cashout and pay a 3% fee on it, unless its the first cashout of the calendar year then i believe no fee still

Is there any way to still get into merge Network? I believe I had an old (so about 11+ years old) Account, Back when I cleared the good old Kickback bonuses, but it doesn't work to Log in it seems

I got a similar e-mail. I recently started logging in to see if there's any action on Carbon.

Then one day I couldn't log in. I emailed support and they told me:

yes. having trouble logging in. could be server issues though because the connection was laggy this last week. at certain times unplayable even.
