Complaining rarely worked in the past for individual players. Affiliates who had scores of players, if they were willing to try, had better success rates in overturning and/or relaxing table restrictions, but even then, it was only a 60/40.
My advice would be to start more tables, play longer sessions with regs, etc and not get restricted in the first place. Unfortunately, going on a heater was a high probability event for table lock down
Some players had the restrictions removed without interference once their numbers reverted to the mean.
Odds are though that most of you are hosed and stuck at 4 tables now.

Generating rake isn't the end all be all of a poker site. Specially when said poker site is really a gambling site offering sports betting and online casino play. Both of which are an order of magnitude more profitable than poker rake.
Ironically, less rake can actually be considerably better for the bottom line.
