That's so stupid. Lock poker hasn't paid anyone since who knows when. Merge pays without question. May not be as soon as you like, but, you can bet the house you'll get paid. And I'm not a betting man except for poker.

HU cash games have been gone for a while. HU SNGs are available but no longer show on the advanced filter. You have to use the selector.

Outside of the DDoS issue, Merge has actually been improving over the last 6 months. It sucks about the connection stuff but the only way you can fix that is move to Pokerstars.

Like, I know most of you don't realize this because you cannot play there, but Party, 888, iPoker have all had bad issues and they rarely payout fairly or give a **** about players. Pokerstars is really the one site that will make it right if something goes wrong.

I've been robbed almost $1,000 by Carbon in the last month because of these disconnects and non refunds.

If a site will rob it's players, it's #NotAGoodLook and they just don't care.

This is why everyone that comes here to bitch all day long should look in the mirror. The apathy towards online poker advocacy in the United States is the real issue to bitch about.

I try to help with the action plans Rich Muny puts out every single day. It takes me a whole 30 seconds to click on his prefilled tweets. 2 minutes to copy and paste a message to his Facebook Congressional targets.

Perhaps they did this in order to get HUSNG players to play more hypers? I used the advanced filter to filter out hypers -- now, however, the hyper lobbies are splattered all over my screen.

I have today ended my two year relationship with Carbon/Merge. I put up with the exceedingly slow cash outs. I put up with their sloppy, choppy software. I put up with their announced schedule and buyin changes. I put up with automated support that was anything but supportive. I put up with their disconnect/inability to reconnect issues. No more. Enough torture. I was recently booted from the server while playing in a MTT. I was unable to get back on until twenty minutes or more had passed and my once sizable stack reduced to a pittance. I respectfully requested a refund and was told that their review of my log did not reflect an issue. Really? Cuz I had a hell of an issue. Anyway, enough with Carbon/Merge for me. I will take my $ somewhere it is better appreciated and I am treated more like a valued customer. Good riddance to Carbon.

Anyone having trouble logging into carbon right now? It kept getting me to the update then when update is finished...it won't restart. I have to do it manually but the steps keep repeating itself.

So is it a waste of time to contact support with my connection issue the other night?
I was 4 handed in a sng and the hh on the site says I left on the flop. I was disconnected and could not get back on! It was a $3.50 sng but the way this is being handled sucks!

Wrote them an e-mail about the disconnects a few days ago and they told me to provide tournament IDs for the tourneys that I was affected by. I provided the IDs and received tickets for said tourneys.

So where would someone using an apple computer in the US go? I play low limit stuff so i don't want to mesh around with virtualization or buying a winnows machine. Anyone have any good ideas?
