Carbon has a documented security flaw. At times a random person, not a scammer can log into Carbon and be logged on to someones elses account. This happened to me. Someone logged into my account and played a $31 tournament and I don't play tournament poker.

This was documented earlier in this thread a while ago. This made the poker news at the time although I can't find a link at the moment. You need to insist on getting your money back.

I'm wrapping this up too. I was in an SNG. I barely trusted this site enough to play at all, but after these constant connection issues and these reports about the security issues, it's -EV.

It's back up for me. Does anyone know the procedures they take to correct this? I went from 18k to 13k and it's clearly on their end. I'm sure I could backtrack this thread for an answer, but I'm playing catch-up on 4 tables.
