My real money ledger was blank earlier, but appears to be working now. You might want to try again. Probably something to do with the update and moving the HHs

No, I changed the location in the lobby client. I copy/pasted the location that the PT was used to using. Under Configure - Site & import options - Merge

Ok, I went the opposite way and changed the location in PT4 to what Carbon changed it to and that worked too.

I didn't do anything, and PT3 seems ok for me. I haven't played on C in a bit, so I wanted to check to see if I could track hands after seeing problems posted.

You may be able to go into the ledger somewhere to find how much they credited your account. I don't have access to Carbon atm, but will look when I get home.

Also, did it show up on official poker rankings? Might not if sharkscope didn't record it.

Im no wizard with the OPR but no it doesn't look like OPR recorded it either on first glance. And since the new update last night the real money ledger is not working for me (totally blank, maybe it will fix itself). Usually when I've had issues like this in the past the client will have little popups saying exactly what was refunded and what amounts but I didn't have them this time.

I know roughly how much I won, not exactly happy with it but not a whole lot I can do.

They changed the format of the Real Money Ledger with this new update. This one seems better to me, loads faster at least and it's somewhat sortable. Not sure why yours isn't working.

I just logged in ad installed the new update, the client said it had changed the hh folder and now my HEM1 HUD won't showup. how do I fix this I've tried messing with the HEM1 import folders but can't figure it out. Ty.

Typically after an up-date the previous night's tourney's don't show up in OPR for a day or two. Sometimes they never show up.

Not sure about hem but for PT4 like others have said, go settings on Carbon and hand history settings. Copy the location and paste it on PT4 site configuration. I would think it would be the same for HEM?

I am new and just joined for this purpose but I changed the HH setting in Carbon Poker itself to what HM2 had and my HUD came back. So I hope that helps

in Advanced filters the "In Progress" filter doesn't seem to be working for SNGs. Anybody else? I like to see how many are running to judge the traffic.

they did this with husng's a month or so ago

I can't see any "in progress" games either. I wonder if they did it for everyone now.

The folder they moved it to is a hidden folder (windows hides it). You can get to it by typing the full path directly into the location bar in windows explorer, or turn on hidden files and folders in the view options and then you'll see it in windows explorer.

^^ Stated timeframe for checks is still 6-8 weeks I believe - however, player reported data as presented below shows that you're most likely not going to wait that long.

Lock is in a league of their own in terms of comparing them to any reputable room. Merge is reliable for payouts, if not the most expedient of available options for US players (assuming you're a US player).

Yeah, I live in the states now. Thanks for the info!

^^ I need to clarify too - Pokerhost is on Merge but operates an independent cashier. The timeframes I quoted from my research are non-Pokerhost data.

There are far less payout experiences posted regarding Pokerhost from players - but that's not a bad thing. 3-9 day payouts across all methods, which puts them right with Bovada and Intertops for fastest US-facing traditional currency cashout speeds.

^costs an arm and a leg to withdraw though. Hence why I moved back over to Carbon...that one free withdraw per month is a pretty big deal, as well is OPS.

Yea just go to carbon IMO. Other than the quicker cashouts on pokerhost it seems like carbon is definitely the best skin at this point (CarbonOPs, no history of banning winning players, and I have little concern that Carbon will randomly disappear one day and hijack all your points and tourney tickets) I couldn't say whether pokerhost will one day leave the Merge network or not, but between PH and Carbon I'd say PH is BY FAR more likely to change networks or close altogether.

As far as cashouts on merge go, they may be a little slow at times but you ALWAYS get paid eventually. Which might not seem like a big deal to many, but after all the shenanigans at lock poker we can't take this for granted. Also I'm pretty sure that nearly everyone is in the same boat as me that your balances are safe to keep on the site. You don't have to worry about waking up one day and finding that the site has disappeared along with your money; unfortunately I can't say the same about your player points.

That said the golden rule of US poker these days is "Don't keep money online that you can't afford to lose" Personally I prefer to grind on a smaller roll and deposit/withdraw as needed. With the state of US online poker this seems to be the best bet for most people IMO.
