Cash game traffic has dropped significantly and the tournaments are unbearable. Who wants to play 9 hours for a $10K or less guarantee? That's not as bad as the $2K or less guarantees that take 6+ hours though.

Didn't even notice this the first time. There was less than 20 people who made 100K or more on Merge last year including MTTs, SNGs, and NL cash. Unless there was a ton of 100K winners in the PLO games that barely run, you're no where near right.

You know more than anyone that there is a separate thread dedicated solely to answering cashout questions. So your snarky reply is clearly misleading.

Again, completely misleading. The fact that traffic has stayed the same as it was in the summer isn't a good thing. Online poker traffic goes UP in the winter months, it doesn't stay the same as it was during months that historically have the lowest traffic throughout the year.

It has in fact went down quite a bit. MTT traffic is down A LOT as well as someone who mentioned OPR brought up. If traffic hasn't increased at all since the summer what makes anyone think it will increase in the months going forward? It will most likely go down as we get closer to the summer like it always does on every site. It may not drop a ton, but it isn't going up.

I know Kahn has me on ignore for having an opinion, but thought I'd point this out to anyone who listens to what he has to say.

He brought the bashing on himself by being condescending and manipulative. CarbonRyan who was a paid employee of Merge was never as bad as him in regards to his bias. All he does is repeat information that is mostly common knowledge to anyone following OLP. His motive is so thinly disguised it's disgusting.

And how was he bashing him anyway? All he did was point out the obvious about how misleading his comments about the traffic were. People attacking the guy who brings valid points to this thread derail it much more than he does.

I haven't called Kahn any names. He's the one who has been calling me names and ridiculing me. I've only pointed out that he has been doing that and that his opinions are sometimes less than balanced and sometime just flat out misleading.

You obviously haven't kept up with my posts for a very long time. I've helped a number of players in all kinds of ways. And I've gone to bat for players that Merge has given problems to with positive results. I've also stuck my neck out and gone to bat for Merge itself in very big ways to the point that a lot of people on 2+2 were convinced that I worked for Merge and even accused me of being the CEO of the network.

The whole issue about Kahn came up very early in this thread. Some of us believed that Kahn was trying to control what was being said in this thread. It was suggested that a separate thread be created that Kahn can say whatever he wants. The moderators didn't want a myriad of threads opened, though, that they would have to caretake (that's why the thread that you just tried to start got closed down immediately). But soon after, Kahn was allowed to open another thread that focused on the Jazette side of things. Currently Kahn is the OP and has fairly unrestricted say in 2 of the 3 major Merge threads; I have no problem with that. He's still been trying very hard, though, to restrict what is discussed in this thread; I do have a problem with that. This is a forum and this thread is the only remaining place where players can discuss issues regarding Merge. This isn't about bashing Kahn; this is about allowing members to speak freely in a forum.

It's not like people are complaining about unimportant trivial things. All the things mentioned lately are serious issues that are causing this network to lose players at an alarming rate. That's bad for everyone.

I was contacted by someone from Aced based on my posts ITT and yes, I have their email, Skype, and a phone number. I never once bad mouthed anyone itt until I started getting attacked for having an opinion that conflicts w/ "some peoples" agendas.

I post an accurate view based on playing on this network since 4/16/2011. I have every reason to want this site to succeed and my thoughts and opinions aren't driven by profit like "some people" posting. I can post whatever the **** I want and until I start making **** up or misleading people you nor anyone else have the right to tell me to go post elsewhere. All the dolts who want to let Merge continue to ruin this network without saying something about it will be the same ones complaining when they're playing $5K guaranteed $215's and no cash games over 100NL run. I never really follow this thread but have the past couple days. Wow are you bad. All you do is complain about people who discuss Merge (this is what this thread is for). Cant stand when people say "If you don't like Merge gtfo and play somewhere else", Theres not many options in US, so people post here hoping to improve this site.

This thread is to discuss Merge, not have a smart as s remark for everyone who does it.
