reading through this thread and just thought I'd say that I opened my account a few years ago and won a few thousand $$ on a $50 deposit. games sorta dried up so I hadn't really logged in for about two years. anyway, I cashed out last week with zero problems. btc transfer took about two days. cliffs:

contrary to the experiences being reported, I crushed, never got banned and cashed out without drama or incident. maybe I got lucky somehow or something but that was my experience.

Yes, contacted them and waiting for a response. I got the thanks for inquiring email saying that they would respond but nothing yet. Been about 5 days.

So they did respond and apologized and said some people lost their setting... sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah my HUD just needed a restart, but the notes part sucks. I'm manually dragging from HUD back to notes so I can have something load for the first hand.

Typical them to not give a flying f about any of our conveniences. But for apparently running on skeleton crew and letting poker room fizzle, they sure have an awfully frequent rate of updating their software.

Yeah - The sounds on Carbon are good. Way better than ACR. I like the interface better except on ACR they have that ranking window which is nice.

Traffic has been better, that being said it is the busiest time of year for online poker. I'm not sure this place survives another summer, unless they allow new customers.

My only withdrawal option is bitcoin.

I don't even have bitcoin.

Is this the only cashout option.

Is setting this all up difficult?

No it looks very overwhelming, watch some youtube videos. It's actually very simple, even read in some withdrawal threads is what I would suggest.

Been down for 24+ hours, I would be kinda surprised if this was the end even with their terrible history dating back to 2014. Theres def been plenty of instances over that timeframe where things have looked bleak and they haven't gone under.

I'd like to see a major upgrade on Carbon, the software is pretty solid as is, but more variety of games and tourney buyin amounts , and of course they need to allow new sign ups there is simply not enough traffic, hopefully they go big here.

I dont see any countdown...just a drawing of a football basketball baseball ball etc and written:

"We're sorry.

Our site is undergoing planned maintenance and is currently unavailable.

We apologize for the inconvenience."

if they knew they were closing because they didn't say it with the usual emails: "hello we close forever, you have 1 month to withdraw your funds "

Other skins are also under maintenance. Hopefully major changes are being made for the better but I'm beginning to fear the worst.

and either way their liquidity can't afford it, I obv hope I am wrong.

Same popup w/ the 1min stuff.

I highly doubt a programmer messed up a software update so bad that they also deleted previous code that isn't able to revert back to the original, but who knows, lol.
