i have no issues today except the HH. holdemmanager 1 hud works

ya wtf...posted my big blind then was dealt invisible cards.check fold and bet slider were visible but had no cards to see.makes it a bit tough to play.froze me in small blind for about 5 minutes then played out all the hands in about 10 seconds.screen went haywire.worst glitch/bug i have seen at carbon. im done until i know this bs is fixed.

everytime i go to check hand history my games freeze and I have to restart my pc

Those of you with troubles, have you attempted the tried and true first fix for poker software problems?

Uninstall.
Reboot.
Reinstall.
Test on play money tables.

I am having the same problem with the HH freezing the client when opened.

This didn't fix anything for me.

Ha. Came here to post that I was having this problem. Pro tip: If you close your window and double click it again, you can sometimes see your cards and play the street. But, it'll lock up again.

I'm using Windows 7 fwiw. Haven't tried uninstalling but did reboot.

I just tried to play on Carbon and every hand I was dealt into, the client froze but I could hear the action and see the history in the chat window. In one instance I got KK on the first hand dealt and was able to raise before the screen locked up. Needless to say I ended up losing money each time I tried to reboot and start a new table. This is BS. They better reimburse me since every penny lost was due to their software glitch.

Edit: OMG. I just checked my hem d-base and the KK hand wasnt a raise pre, it was a cap (I play LHE). Then the site registered a c-bet for me on the flop, which is likely since I was mashing buttons when the site froze. Button raised and I timed out on a dry flop. WTF is going on.

Damn, it was worth a shot. It should always be the first procedure after an update has issues IMHO.

Don't get your hopes up. Poker sites tend not to reimburse for things like this. The problem in such circumstances is so hard to pin down. As you can see, there are some people ITT who claim things work just fine. As such, the blame, from pretty much any software/game provider, would go to the end user.

I'm not critical of the software having a bug but I am questioning why they haven't reverted back to the last version.

This mirrors what I am seeing. I sent an email to support asking for a full refund on all losses incurred. I may have issues since I was blindly clicking buttons on the KK hand.

It's only $5 or so but screw them.

You may be right, but it is still BS. When multiple people report the same issue, it is clearly the site at fault.

obv there's a prob in the system after recent "upgrades"

By now they must know that there is a serious problem that is causing players to lose money. The responsible thing for them to do would be to take down the site until they can reverse the change.

even if the hand history didnt freeze my client it would open the hierarchy of tables each with hundreds of hands anyway, gl finding the right one with tables poping up

i saw something in update notes few versions back that seemed to state this problem was fixed but i havent seen any imrpovement. (and yes i know the hierarchy issue is caused by not restarting the client once per day, but intermitted disconnects also seems to trigger it for me, and sometimes randomly)

seriously why do they seem to break as much as they fix? cash game filter never sticks on for me either? and you can't join a wait list for a single table? let alone the other problems lately

Just figured out that if you re-size the table when the graphics freeze it will update the graphics, but then it just freezes again a couple of seconds later.
