Anyone experiencing something similar?

A day ago I was playing on ClubGG.net, no issues, was able to update the software as needed. Decided I would cash out into Amazon credit. Went through the hoops, forced to resubmit my identity doc, even though I had done it previously. Received notification that doc would be reviewed and amazon credit received by email in 24 hours. Then nothing. A day later, tried to launch software, and it apparently required updating again. Would not update. Tried everything to get it to update, firewalls, antivirus, admin privilege, reinstalling from my saved .msi, same error... Unable to Update, please Try Again Later.

Tried to download a new version of the software directly from site, and it would just redirect from the download page back to the home page. Tried 3 different browsers, same issue. Tried it with shields on, shields off, etc.

This seems much more consistent with a Block IMO. So far, support has simply responded with, 'Send a Screenshot' which seems rather pointless as the information has already been clearly related.

Issue resolved now. was clearly on their end, they modified the download link to a working one and with the new .msi, it works. Did not check the direct update from the existing install as i found the new .msi available first.

still no response on the cash out nor did they respond to my email. I only resolved it by periodic checking.
