It works just fine but you need to setup new path to your hand histories. Default path is now C:\Users\%YOURNAME%\AppData\Local\Betfair Poker\data\%YOURUSERNAME%\History\Data.

I won a ''3500 euro'' package to upcoming WPT Amsterdam and i asked for the package to be broken down via email..

The package is broken out as this:


* €1,500 buy-in
* €500 Travel expenses
* 3 x accommodation nights - €915
* Welcome session & party at BlinQ for 2 - €250
* LiLi hosting and management fees - €335

welcome sessions and invitation to a party(which is the night of day2 of the 3 day tournament i have won - crazy) seems a bit odd and generally those things are complimentary when winning a package with other poker sites yet im essentially charged for it wither i like it or not.

hosting and management fees just seems ridiculous, why should it essentially be my responsibility to pay these fees out of a package ive won.

seems like they are basically stealing 4-500 euro from each package

All sites/ networks are strongly robbing winners with these packages.
Do you really think they are getting hotels booked at a rate of 300+eur a night ? When they make deals 6+ months in advance and book, half of the hotel ?

I spoke face to face about it to some of the managers at those very live tours of theirs. They recognize, there are complaints, they will look up into it...
Then they do change the package breakdown. To something like that, pure theft.

Ive been to those parties they are free limited drinks and snacks, and nowhere close to -125 eur per person. And yes they always put a party for one of the first days of tournament, God forbid it would be final day.

how can u complain about the package after you win it when you could have asked for the breakdown prior without investing a cent? not saying they should be charging fees for the party and 'hosting' but the hotel cost is on point and you chose to play and win the sat, not sure where there is room for complaint.

if anything the 'viva las vegas' package is a joke the claimed hotel dates are the 26th to the 30th i think and there isnt a single 1500 monster stack on those days.

the old software is ****, the new software is ****. but as long as you dont have a potato for a computer shouldnt have any problems running it.

wrt to HM2 hud you need to find the right path and if you play tournaments have to use the table finder trick for all tables

I'm crashing regularly... and have decided to put in the absolute minimum requirements so that I'm able to luckbox a win to Vegas, lol. (free win that is). Then the b.s. might be worth it.

ive never crashed once on will hill betfair or titan, not with old or new software, using win 8.1 before and now 10. although i have seen other say william hill crashes a lot seems to only affect certain systems

I had zero problems prior to the 'update' (new? software) & am still having zero problems on Titan (still able to run the old software).


Other minor annoyances with the 'new' software...
remember table positioning - - does not exist for me
(& actually tables are opening up partially off my one screen in lower left corner... never seen anything like this ever before)

Auto Top-Up (cash games) is NOT working on SPEED tables for me

There's a slight LAG in any action... ie. if I go to another table to bet/call/cold I have to hold mouse cursor over that table for 1-2secs. before being able to click on the button (otherwise I'm finding I'm needing to double-click alot of the time).... or I can just mouse click on the center of table, then click on one of the betting actions (it's a pain)

Those I can put up with... its the shutdowns that are terrible (mostly occurring while on SPEED tables & when a tourney table opens up at same time, but is also happening on Cash tables)
