whats the path you put in?

mine is: new poker client folder\data\pokername\history\data+subfolders

but pt4 and hm2 are not fully compatible with the new client so even if they import, depending on the games you play, no hud might display anyway

I think the problem has to do with access rights to AppData. Do you run PT4 as admin?

I don't remember what I did to resolve the issue; I think I changed the access rights to the folder via right click -> Properties (unhid it and removed the Read Only restriction so that PT4 can move files to its Processed folder). My Win 7 has UAC disabled though.

Yeah, I run it as PT4 as admin.

Tried doing that, and was able to unhid the appdata folder, but its not letting me change the Read Only restriction (it says it does the change after I unselect it, but when I click back on properties is back again as Read Only!). Would it help if I move the location of the Titan Poker folder outside the appdata folder and, more importantly I guess, will it let me?

Is that the path were the executable file is or where the hands history is? Im giving it to were the executable file is, which is username/appdata/local/titan poker

That's a known peculiarity of Windows 7+ - it changes the attributes of the files in the folder, but not the folders themselves. You need writing permissions for the files, so it seems not to be a problem.

You should give the path to the folder where HHs are saved. On my computer (under Win 7), it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Titan Poker\History\username (for the old client).

Files can be moved by PT4 from there because I explicitly gave writing (incl. deletion) rights to the Program Files (x86) folder that is read-only by default.

Anyway, you can reinstall Titan to a different folder (that is not protected), then HH files should be movable.

Being an iPoker resident, I specifically looked for a used laptop with native Win 7 (there were still some in 2014) when my old desktop governed by XP (it's disconnected from the Internet now) became too outdated in terms of hardware.

Do you know which iPoker clients have a html version of the client by now? Gala group and Titan should have if I remember correctly, any others joined that list? bet365 and Ladbrokes do have a mobile client for the iPad.

Can you tell me what you think of this situation? I just started playing on ipoker on Betfair in the UK and will make Gold this month. I had a few occasions of the client crashing as well as the client not doing what it stated it would do, such as auto-login working. I had a few refunds in the form of twister tokens, which were my main game. I definitely didn't chase up each time though or get full equity refund etc.

Last night I was playing on the app on iOS on an iphone5. I hit a 20x multiplier on a 5er and was heads-up with even stacks at I think 50/100. I led the flop OOP with an open-ender w 69 on an A high two-tone flop. Need to check though... I got called and then hit the nuts on the Turn. The app crashed then at that point. I lost that hand and then was blinded out for the E100

Thoughts on what I should receive from Betfair?

I have screenshots of support looking at HH and saying it was a tech issue. I have screenshots of the app crashing and me unable to return to play the tournament.

When I grind twisters on coral, like most whove posted here, I usually get a few client crashes every week, sometimes multiple times a day. I know its not my PC not being powerful enough as its a new one. But Coral have never refunded me once.

Auto login hasnt worked on paddypower old client for ages. Its been ticked in settings for 6 months but I always have to put in the password.

I've only used coral's ipoker app and that is not great. Such a lag. Its my turn to act and the action of the players before me hasnt yet caught up so I can't see what theyve done. I have to wait and time down to see who did what then act. Plus, you can turn off the animation in the settings and the animation is still there.

Not sure what you should get for the tech problem. If it was coral you'd get nothing.

We're not on PokerStars any more. I think we have to live with it.

Now I cant even use the windows client. The main window is just black and only visible as a minimised screen but not an actually functional window. I log in and I can see in the minimised screen that I do actually log in, just no access to play etc

This is unreal. I need to play to make Gold and only need to play a few games.

The PC is def powerful enough.

The window on the right appears and functions as normal ie it closes the client. The window on the left that we use to play is invisible and not functional.

this is unbelievable. the ios app regularly crashes and even predictably so, its when a second tournament is finished and play is required on another table. i was literally a handful of tournaments from gold status, after playing 1200at least prob

is anybody actually a reg on this client?

'Regs' does not necessarily equal 'strong players'.

Hatred of PokerStars and larger rakeback deals might have something to do with it.

So on top of a crash during a 20 X multiplier on the iPhone app, when I was blinded out, I was again trying to play on the iPhone app on Sunday to reach Gold. I was needing to play 10er Twisters to make up for not playing in a Windows client.

Play was crashed during two 10ers and it was clearly an app issue as it couldn't handle changing between tables. Blinded out again...

Betfair are not reimbursing for these tournaments. I'm not going to accept it just now but what do you think?

I also want to try to get support for not reaching Gold. It took three attempts at least, to find a support worker that was able to inform me of how to fix the client. I only got this support on Monday and by then it was too late and I was literally like 20 points off reaching Gold.

What was the fix? And are we talking fixing the mobile app or windows client?

It was to do with permissions through Internet Explorer and on the Windows client. I accepted the first version of events from support, that there was no known issue and just to try to uninstall and reinstall.

Second was a bit more protracted but still no success.

The third knew there was an issue with Win 10 and it was solved in 5-10 min. If I had that earlier I would have had about 24 hours extra to play on Windows rather than a few mins on the iOS app.

I'm trying to understand the VIP system on Betfair. Googling it I find information re 10 VIP levels plus 11-13 elite levels. This might be outdated though?

Does anybody have a clear understanding of the system and its rewards?

eg VPP points and whether they can be exchanged at different rates, amounts dependent on your status.

The top VIP level 13/Gold is the equivalent of 35% Rakeback based on the old contributed method.

If you sign up through a participating rakeback affiliate you can get an immediate boost to the top VIP level and still be eligible for all other promotions.

It means that you earn points on a multiplier basis at the highest rate as soon as you are boosted to it.
