i cant connect, seems like a software update gone wrong, cos i wanted to restart, it did an update first and after log in it kept going wrong,

Me neither my client freezes after login (Paddy). Was playing there about an hour ago, and lots of people had disconnects. Like 1/3 or half of the players on all tables were sitting out. I also got disconnected 3 times so decided to take a break. But yeah, can't get it at all now.

I was able to play a half-hour session on Coral's new client starting at 23:30 GMT. I haven't played poker on the old client for a couple of weeks. The new one is very resource-intensive, though, freezes for a short while when a table is being opened.

Hey, guys!
My coral account with lots of money on it was banned more than 1 month ago.
The support says that there is an investigation and they can’t tell me any details. I write them all the time. But they send me back the same letter, like they just copy it every time.
Can you advice me smth in this situation? Have similar things happen to you?

Hi, i have an account on winner poker with some rakeback but i can't make my hm2 hud work and the site doesn't save HHs. In the winner poker/hh folder there's no .txt files but only hedgehoc.exe. In the settings i checked 'saving hand histories locally' option to be on. Anyone was able to play with a hud there?

What did the Hold'em Manager support reply when you asked them?

i only asked winner poker support and they said i should maybe try and move the parent folder into different hard drive but i only have one drive so i can't do that.

So how about asking Hold'em Manager then, after all it is their product. 2+2 even has a software section on the forums including a HM support thread.

Anyone else having issues with iPoker client suddenly crashing on startup? Seems to be when it's trying to display the banner boxes as far I can tell. Just started happening yesterday. (BetMost)

Getting the "Playtech Client Engine Application has stopped working" error.

Same here under windows 10, didn't check it under Windows 7.

2 hours ago it was still working and starting, then half an hour ago the crash message you get.

Ladbrokes.be client here.

Maby reinstall with new software will work? Is it maby because of the new rake changes on 1 JAN(at least on ladbrokes they changed it again).

I saw there where about 7 k players still online, so strange some sites/clients are not working.

Maby only sites with the new ipoker skin work?

I tried reinstalling, still not working, same error.

I'd blame the server because even the new client has noticeably slowed down for me and crashes about once per half-hour session.

I am unable to launch the client too, tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. Betfair, Win10, old client.

Still down for me. I can launch succesfully both Coral clients, but not Betfair. I have also the same error message when I launch Microgaming Betsafe skin. All the other clients work fine. I wonder if a windows update could have caused the problem.

WillHill kept crashing for me at around this ^ same time.

Just went to play on there again now... no problems for 10 or 15mins., then it started to slow down... then frozen & nothing.

I'd be willing to bet that if I were to write to customer support right now, they'll respond telling me there is nothing wrong on their end (yah... nothing wrong aside from their customer support only being setup to handle deposits & withdrawals... if they have a technical problem they don't even know about it).
