about 3 days ago I won a bit over 850€ on ladbrokes and since I needed the money I immediatelly requested a witgdrawal to my bank account. it was marked as pending in my account and since prior withdrawals were processed very fast I kept asking the support multiple times a day if they could finally process it. they always told me it would be done soon and I would be contacted via email. I wasn't. I guess they knew why they didn't process it I cancelled the withdrawal now and almost lost it all in a few minutes.

I am so ****ing angry now, I could destroy my laptop and cry at the same time. I feel tricked by ipoker. I want some kind of statement

now my button for "online support" (the support chat) is gone and they don't reply to my emails

It sucks that your withdrawal wasn't processed as quickly as you'd like, but the fact you cancelled the withdrawal and lost your money is absolutely nobody's fault but your own. I really hope you don't think otherwise.

why do they even have it on "pending" for days and an extra "cancel"-buton?? I guess I know why.... even after repeatedly asking to proccess it, nothing! **** them, seriously.

The online chat button is inactive at night because the chat is provided only in the daytime, try then (on a weekday if you don't succeed at the weekend, though they work on Saturdays, iirc), it's usually the fastest way to sort things out.

As for the emails, the address care@ladbrokespoker.com was indeed unresponsive (as of 2014), maybe because it had been attacked by spammers, however, care@ladbrokescasino.com was a valid address that was actually recommended to me by the live chat.

Anyway, it never hurts to ask what the current support email addresses are is in the live chat - they might have changed again without it being reflected at the site

I know four people who have been paid the main jackpots (plus a bunch of consolation prizes). You'll definitely get paid if you win honestly (without collusion etc.); that's especially true if you don't chat at all at those tables (don't prompt others how to play).

Qualified for the Battle of Malta (4th-9th) before and have everything booked for that already. Also playing the WPT500 UK which has Day 2 on the 2nd of November and a final day on the 3rd of November. If I went to the CPT I'd have to miss both tourneys which I don't really want to as I'd have to fly on the 2nd to get to Punta Cana on the 3rd. Just had another wonderful experience dealing with WillHill support. It boggles the mind how pathetic a service they offer their customers. They're still on track at doing their utmost to lose business.

I won a stupid 'freebet' on the site and when I went to place the bet on UFC fights (tomorrow night) it wasn't showing up in my account.
First worker has me outline details of situation and then tells me
"there no available due free bets noted here"

first off, WTF is that sentence even mean? (so I asked)

Then awhile later they ask me if I won this freebet or was it from a bet or promo. (OMFG! what part of what I wrote to them did they read? ... can they read?)
THey decide to transfer me to poker customer service... sigh... after chatting with me for close to 10mins. At least they asked me if I'd be okay to be on hold for a few more mins. (It was over 45mins. in total before I was finished chatting with the next rep.)

After they told me a half-dozen times that I'm not entitled to the 'freebet' they offered me a link to check 'terms & conditions'.
WTF you idiot?!?! I know the T&C.. I won 20 of these in the past. I won another freebet... where is it?
So they tell me it's in my account. But of course it's not.

It's the network-wide 'October Missions' promotion. Look up the website of your poker room (Will Hill or whatever) for terms. Basically, you need to complete a small MTT/deposit-related task (that varies by week) in order to get entry into all-in shootouts and Sunday non-all-in freerolls (worth a few euros a week per person, aimed at recreational players).

That re-deposit thing is quite stupid. Almost tempted to do it just because it's a $25k fricken freeroll that pays 1 in 2 players. They should keep the missions to games on-site though, and not require redeposits of any sort. Why not just give out a reload bonus instead? It shouldn't be a "mission" to ever have to redeposit in online poker again once you have money on a site.

On another note, is the client working for anyone else? I can see games are running, but my screen pops up white and says to enable TLS 1.0, 1.1, or some jazz like that. Same when I go to website.

Someone was drastically affected by the change of rake?
I was small winner earlier this year and now I'm only getting 25% of gross rake race with affiliate rake reaches the max 45% return.
Someone is going through the same situation or have to deal suggestion (for MP).
