Is it confirmed that all ipoker skins do not accept players from Asia?

I live in South Korea (Republic of Korea), and I just have a phone conversation with betfair, bwin, coral, and others that iPoker doesn't accept players from Asia, including Korea.

Is this true?

Is it really a flat 40% RB minimum?

Hey all. Im a veteran Paddypowerpoker player (Ipoker) and it is my favourite network to play on.
This thread is for improvements, suggestions & general feedback.
Please chime in with anything Ipoker related and hopefully the skins on ipoker will pay attention.

Mine are as follows:
- Make an app for Android
- At rebuy tables the 'dont show message again' message does NOT work when selecting addon/rebuy/double rebuy.
- Near bubbles lots of players abuse timebanks which destroys the game. They become turbos with average stacks at 10bbs
- Offer/promote more prizes to get the playerpools back to what they once were
- Create more festivals! The ECOOP is long and gone but something on a smaller scale would be awesome.

A reg at the tables told me today that iPoker is moving to a 'waitlist free' 'hud free' site across all skins, anyone any info on this?

HUDs didn't work with the new beta client, but I've been told the latest version of the beta client produces HHs that are imported into HM2 correctly, there was just a HH format bug in prior versions.

There's no waitlist button yet in the new client, but I believe there's no intention to remove the lists from the network, this is just a temporary shortcoming of the beta soft, the waitlist button is going to be added later. The existing / old client (that one can still use to play on the same network) does work with waitlists and HUDs.

I'm trying to find a good table manager/script software for ipoker.
Mostly to organize tables, make custom bet sizes, including all-in shortcuts, etc...

What do you use? Is there any that works in ipoker?

Anyone having problems whit ipoker last update?(betfair, ladbrokes, paddy....

The SNGs are not well displayed at the lobby.

A lot of SNGs buy ins, types, speeds deleted...

The sng tables not showing the buy-in in the description(unless u open the table lobby u dont know what buy in are u playing...)

Anyone else?

Also BetPotSOFT stopeed auto closing finished SNGs, anyone else having this problem?

I know Paddy did but they removed this option yesterday I also know you can download the apps on some skins but again that is no good as you can not see or play the plo tables.

I also know you can do that boot camp thing but again that Is no good for me.

I have tried most skins and none seem to have this feature paddy had but I am just wondering if anybody knew of one that worked that I any not have come across myself yet.

no ipoker skin has that option. there might be some hope with the new client they are bringing out, but i doubt it.

I doubt it as Coral have brought the new client out and they still don't have the option, I just find it really weird that only paddy has ever had this option out of all the ipoker skins.

They said they have took it down though to improve it and it wont be back for 6 weeks .

Jusr upgraded to Win10 and my William Hill poker client just stoped storing my hand histories localy, anybody?

Really hope they give out refunds

I've been disconnected from Coral, but was able to speak to live chat - just not actually play any hands .... auto sit out, auto fold, etc etc

The Coral advisor did say this "blah blah... playtech network is having problems, you will NOT suffer financially"

Presumably this means refunds of buy ins? (I was in the middle of a 10Euro Twister, playing for 100Euros, is this reflected in the pay out?)

Also just logged in and my balance is 2000$ short

Got disconnected from my comps yesterday on William hill, for whatever reason they don't seem to follow their refund policies, I was playing in a 10 euro and a 50 euro torny the time the site went down, and after many calls and talks with support i finally got a refund for the 10 euro, i am still waiting on the 50 euro.

In researching into what the refund policy was i found this.

"If a tournament cannot be completed because of a system-wide problem the tournament will be cancelled. Players who participated in such a tournament will lose their house fee and entry fee if they were eliminated prior to the system outage. Participants who have not been eliminated will have their entry fees and house fees refunded automatically to their William Hill account. In addition, the accumulated entry fees of eliminated players will be divided equally among the remaining participants. In this special scenario the player's starting balance will not be considered. The house retains the house fees of the eliminated players.
Players who enter a tournament and do not participate will forfeit their house fee and entry fees. The entry fee will become part of the tournament prize pool and the house fee will go to the house.
If a player decides to sit out during one or more hands, blinds and antes will be taken from that player's tournament account balance automatically until he sits back in."

Now i am thinking that i should not have just got my money back + 9euros
all players remaining should have chopped up what was left in the prize pool, i looked at the actual result of the comp and it shows some dude come first for 350 ish and iv come 14th for 19euros, I had a very healthy stack of 24bb at that time. They have paid first place to the person with the most chips, which is not in their payout policy. Why have they done this? now I am a bit worried cause i still have not got my 50 euro back when i was in good spot to cash with only 30 people remaining and 12 left and had 40 bb. I have looked on poker pro labs and it shows that in the 50euro comp the paid the final table and 1k and a bit to first. To be honest no player deserves this, i feel scammed by william hill/ipoker, it feels like if people can learn to crash the site people can take advantage of this.

30k VPPs disappeared from my Betfair account. Similar happened before on other skins, cash balances just dropping, there are posts here. How are you doing did you get it back ?

I did some research, and the comps that they were saying was under investigation was paid out according to poker pro labs, seem like they paid out according to the chip stacks at the time of the sites disconnection. If they have they have been lying to me and prob other players and not following the sites refund policy when the site goes down, they are suppose to spread the money between the remaining players evenly.

The manager is apparently going to call me, there was a site crash at the time, cause i asked the online chat person and they told me that no one at the time is able to play, if the manager says to me its anything to do with my internet i might go on tilt and put my whole roll on the line in 5 10 deep omah on stars. William hill please just pay me what i am owed please!

I did not get a response that i feel was fair, I feel there is some dodgy goings on here, they should pay out everyone equally and not just pick who gets the first prize or give it to the chip leader specially when there site 100% says they will give out the BIs remaining out to the rest of the field, heck they can just end up paying there mate or rigging it to favor who ever.
Got sick and tired of talking to call centers overseas decided to call the sports online manager and he has giving me an email to a person/ people powerful enough to do something about it, so it seems like. I'l contact them if i don't get the response then the manager said call him back if that don't work its the uk gaming officials.
