My affiliate and person paying the RB said that after the Ipoker split happened my account is not tracked to him anymore.. I kept playing after that for a long time and I am not getting my rakeback it seems..
Who is keeping my RB, the site or the affiliate? I haven't confronted the site yet but the affiliate is telling me this story.
Without knowing the full details I cant be 100% sure, but that doesn't sound right at all. Why would the split make a difference.

I contacted my skin (Betfair), but they didn't know anything about this. They said they will contact iPoker and forward me their answer later. Pretty ****ty timing because I'm full two day grind from the highest VIP level on Betfair and the I gotta get it done in this month.
Ipoker needs to fix their min. number of players needed to start a MTT. Today they had a 25 rebuy that needed 50 players to start(it didnt start of course) and the 40r with a 6k guarantee needs 50 as well.....its silly needing that many players and its no surprise these tournaments arent running

Except at showdown it suddenly froze (just that table), eventually ending the hand and starting the next. A small thing I noticed however is that my stacksize hadn't been updated, I was still on $7.11. What's more there was no record of it in my client hand history, it was saved as a txt file and of course in Holdem manager.
Support say they have no record of the hand at their end and that 'Every hand is recorded', evidently not.
I think it's time to wave farewell to iPoker, I'm surprised a big company like William Hill are using their network.
Oh dear... many people thought the bug randomly cancelling all-in hands (the hand is not in their records because it was cancelled, even rake wasn't taken) was already gone, but apparently it isn't.
Thanks for sharing, hopefully you'll be on the other side of the bug too and break even on some otherwise lost hands.

On a side note, a €10 Twister I was playing froze at 17:58 GMT yesterday, after my opponent got disconnected and almost blinded out... it restarted within a few minutes and I took the rest of his chips without him reconnecting, but it was another alarm of server issues. I also couldn't unregister from another Twister (which didn't start) during the freezing period, and seemingly no one was registering into usual SnGs.
Well they updated the software a while ago and I keep on having problems topping up my stack on the speed tables as well, I will go under 100bbs, the auto topup will fail and when I try to do it manually it just says I have max stack already.
Got stacked once couldn't top up 3 hands later and got AA vs KK with about 10bbs

Due to the reason stated, we regret to inform you that no refund is deemed necessary.
It was indeed not a disconnection... I think it was an internal server problem in which case they just cancel the results of the hand with no refunds nor taking rake.
The table froze during one of my hands (non-all-in) yesterday for a few seconds, but I think the pot was awarded correctly (at least the PT4 DB has shown no anomalies).
I stopped playing at ipoker because of these little disconnects. Support said it wasn't anything to do with them, even though nothing else disconnected at the same time and my internet is rock solid.
In general, if you reg using a token and then unreg, you'll always get the same token back and be able to reuse it wherever it's eligible (the scope of each token is specified in the 'Tokens' section of the 'My Poker' tab of the client).
TL;DR: read T&C wherever you find them, remember that it's iPoker
Well, I won a satellite to Sundays €75 1pm tournament. I played the satellite assuming I could just unregister and use the token on any Sunday. The system wouldn't allow me to unregister, so I contacted live support . Unfortunately , we cannot unregister if we won a satellite. Took about 15 minutes for support to look into it. I'm disappointed but I understand. I'll play it if I can but the entry will most likely go to waste.
Just be aware that you CANNOT unregister from a target tourney if you've won a sat.
Not sure if right place to ask, but just tried using the poker side of Betfair last night. Could not get my PT4 HUD working though, and was wondering if Sharkscope is compatible at all?
Sharkscope's site says that it provides a HUD for iPoker. However, there's an opt-in procedure (with players opted out by default) similar to the Stars one since recently for iPoker too. So SS is no longer effective. However, other popular tourney result sites (some of which provide HUDs too) don't opt iPoker players out by default yet.
We don't know the exact nature of your PT4 problems (you'd better send a support ticket to developers' team), but make sure that your hand histories are saved (set it up in the client: Settings -> System -> Store HH locally) and you know the folder where they're saved (if the poker client is installed into the default folder C:\Poker\Betfair Poker, PT4 will detect the HH folder once a hand appears there; otherwise point PT4 to it manually: it's <client installation folder>\History\<your betting username>).
iPoker down for anyone else? Can't seem to be able to join any tables.
They seem to be having some significant problems. I had 3 tables of speed poker crash and the funds from the tables literally vanish (Ladbrokes). The money from my stacks on the tables did not appear as available money or as being in play, even after restarting the program and waiting ten minutes. After a significant amount of time with support they reassured me that I was not crazy and that other people were having the same or similar problems. That is a pretty ****ing ridiculous issue for them to be having.
