ipoker (bet365 to be precise) is on freeze for me

im thrown off every table but my money on there is (temporarily) gone
when i was trying to rebuying at the end of session it kept on giving on a notice that it couldnt process rebuy right now

seeing the lobby this is happening for everyone, anyone knows how long this usually takes?

^ This is normal for ipoker. It's usually resolved in few hours or few days.

Does anybody have any recommendations for software that enables me to use hotkeys on Table Under Mouse?

I've only found iPoker tools but my antivirus has found a virus embedded in it and removed the program's .exe file, and I don't trust this anymore.

Guys, my pt4 suddenly doesn't import hands anymore, has anything changed? Are huds still allowed, do I need to change something?

Getting an error message "Error: iPoker: Unable to launch auto-import for site: iPoker. Reason: iPoker auto-importer needs to be configured."

I tried to auto detect but again get an pop up box stating: Error: Skins were found but none are configured to save hand history to disk.

Anybody know how to solve this issue???

running ipoker client causes mega lag affecting all sites which i'm playing at the moment. When the lag is happening my gpu, cpu and ram is not overloaded above 50% or something.
Anyone with a fix?

I've been having an issue with Bet365 poker since Sunday. When I login, it shows my balance as $0 even though I have money available for withdrawal. In the Bet365 betting app, all is good, my balance and withdrawal funds are the same. The only thing I can do to fix this in the poker app is to hit play on a $2 Twister SNG in the PC client. Once the game starts, the correct balance is shown and all games are available again. This fixes the issue until the following day when the balance returns to $0. This happens on PC or mobile, but I can only use the workaround on PC. It's really annoying since I don't really want to play Twister SNGs. Anyone else ever experience this? I spoke to support about it and all they said was that the poker and betting balances should be the same. I obviously know that, but there's a glitch and they don't seem to know what to do about it.
