What's the best way to contact iPoker's game security?

I've mailed my skin about blatant bots. They say the emails have been escalated iPoker. Months later, the bots still play every day.

I'd appreciate it if someone could share a direct line or email to someone on game security. I can show several accounts are botting in a quick Skype call.

Lol. Everyone knows that 99% of these situations they are based on stats like your basic preflop winning big with red line etcetc. But yeah it's pretty known secret that ipoker is easy place to run bots. For some reason the network prefers rake over fair games.

i played ipoker today, multiple skins

no waiting lists whatsoever
and individual tables have the option to Leave next bb, but not sit out next bb
(this to stop bumhunters who sit out while staying at the table when the fish does, but continue to play other tables with fish)

Something really weird started happening since late December, I write my password but then the software shows a red banner with the message "Opps, something went wrong with your login" (this is not the exact message but it something like that), but then the green banner saying I successfuly logged in pops-up and I'm logged. Everything seems but then I try to open a cash game table and it pops the following message: The selected ticket is no longer in use.
And it won't let me buy-in in any cash table. I have to re-install the software 2 or 3 times everyday and it eventually gets fixed but its annoying to have to re-install the software 2 or 3 times a day to play a session.

If anyone knows how to fix this for good I'd be grateful!

Contacted their support, got told it was because of the cache of my browser, I asked what the internet browser had to do with their software and they answered "Oh you're using our software to play? Try reinstalling our software and if the error persists contact us again" and I asked if they were kidding me and that reinstalling their software fixes the problem but I have to do it everyday and sometimes more then 3 times, they asked a screenshot of the error, sent the screenshot, got answered to reinstall the software and try again, if the problem persists, contact them again lol I guess its a bot answering the e-mails, nobody could be this dumb

Every single night these same accounts are sitting out 5 handed at multiple tables, always opening new tables and blocking at 1k and 2knl.

Stats look suspiciously similar, dunno what they/he are upto but they are killing the site at these stakes.

Betfair support are an absolute shambles, 3rd day Ive had to wait online for support response and no email support offered. Luckily its just a rakerace payment query and not something urgent.
