I meant in terms of how the jackpots are assigned* and why is there only 20NL.

I'm pretty sure there was (daily) jackpot attributed to people who were not playing at the time and that's what made me post here.

The pool isn't that big (20/30) people and I have literally 0 hands against the people to win the daily jackpot in the couple days I played.

My normal reaction was going to the support but all I got from them was that (football stars) was a poker table with some football images to make it more entertaining - support's words - this was simply ridiculous, never had such bad support.

no, the daily will just hit that day guaranteed. You have to be playing and contributing rake to have a chance to win.

I guess the support dont get informed about Poker well enough. They're not far off though...

People playing the Football Stars Cash Games don't ever hit the jackpot. The jackpot is for the slot players. They're the ones that get it.

Had my account suspended on Grosvenor skin pending an internal audit after it was hacked and someone tried to withdraw the balance. Any one had any experience of this and how long it usually takes? I know they might be understaffed right now but the hack happened in October.

Ooof, isn't this super scammy?
I mean, there are only 5 seats at the table because they are the thingy promoting the jackpot in there. Effectively one pays more rake from the start, assuming the pool plays exactly the same as regular tables.

Plus, there's no official information about it anything in ipoker's sites

I get this issue on every Ipoker skin except for netbet.

Also as of writing this post The netbet skin has been down for over 24 hours with no uptime at any point during this period. I don't think i've ever seen a client be down this long in my 6+ years of playing. Anyone know what's up?

Isn't HM2 working on iPoker anymore? It basically shows me as losing every hand, a solid -117bb/100. If I add the rake paid to net won USD I get closer to my real result

Works fine, my skin hasn't had any updates like ever though. But auto-reload keeps crapping out and it just keeps throwing the table with problems in front of the stack several times per hand the past week and it's annoying AF.

Just joined to Ipoker and read terms and conditions but for god sake cant find any info on the net regarding 3rd party software, hotkeys...etc...I have contacted them directly on live chat, at the "agent" (not bot) seemed that have no idea what hotkeys and tracking sw is...
If anybody here can answer those questions, i would apprecitate it.

1) do they allow to use tracking sw's (HEM3/poker tracker). Do they work?
2) all poker rooms have option to enable hotkeys, i cant see any in poker client settings. So i suppose they dont support it, right?

iPoker tools is allowed. As long as it's not RTA or a bot then pretty much good to go.
