Hi

Sure you should use our "Live Support" button in our cashier and they usually know everything in detail. However, sometimes when we change or add processing methods/options there might be a short period where support is getting familiar and updating themselves with the new. Sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

I recently contacted Intertops support regarding receiving rakeback and it was handled perfectly! I received my first $10 increment of rakeback today, but for some reason none of the history shows on my VIP Status.

Is there a way to keep track of my rakeback progress? Everything is 0.00 but I did receive a Bonus Transfer of $10.00 today at 13:00 GMT. It'd be nice to know where I'm at in terms of rakeback, it doesn't display in the cashier nor rakebacksafe.com

hi there all have a question for intertops poker! i have an account with lock poker and there support and withdrawl times are terrible i was wondering if i can open a intertops account and transfer some of my money from lock to my intertops account with out any problems dont want my account to get blocked or anything!

also, you can see the actual payments if you go through the main sportsbook page, my account, history, etc... RB is paid in $10 increments.

Anybody have an idea why I can't see any tables? I loaded up Cake as well just to see if I had any luck with a different client. No luck on Cake either.

it's been doing it all evening... Annoying b/c I cannot register for an mtt that starts in 2 min. FFS, Lock just cannot do anything right...

heads up to all you intertops players...about 20-30 min ago intertops mtts and sngs tables were paused and are still paused atm. I lost connection before it happened and 40 min of trying to upload the client and got back to my 5.00 rebuy mtt 17 left/12pays and the table is paused. People are saying it looks like the interwebz poker days are over...

pissd too cuz i made 2 FT today and bink 9/12 SNG's

back to the crash:

from talking with live support the issue is with the software providers not intertops...they said it should be fixed within the hour. Had to take a 17 way chop based on chips in play..not bad 80 some odd bucks...def not the 471 for 1st tho

I have a dormant Cake account and would like to switch my play and rakeback to Intertops. Do I need to go through an affiliate or can I just open up an account on Intertops and PM you or support to switch my rakeback? Thanks.

Hi

Sure there is a way. You log into the poker client and click 'Account' in the top left menu. Scroll down and click 'My Account', a pop up will appear with three folders 'Balances', 'Bonus Details' and 'Account Details'. Just below 'Balances' you will be able to see 'Vip Status' in white text, click 'Vip Status' and you will be able to follow your rakeback progress. You can chose which period you want to check as well.

Sorry for not being around when this occured

Due to technical issues we experienced that all playing or registering tournaments were canceled. Players will always be refunded based on the Networks cancelation policy. Tournaments and Sit and Go's were currently unavailable until the technical issues had been resolved.

The technical issues experienced were resolved. Tournaments and sit and go games are available in the lobby for players to register in. Our technical team will continue to monitor the situation.
