I would try to copy the whole user/appdata/local/cpn/ folder to the new user, not just the "player" folder. Most of the configuration and personalization is saved there.

thanks, i'll try that. ive got another problem though, since ive started taking notes on players. is there a way to merge the two sets of notes together with the method you've described?

Has anyone had their Intertops account permanently closed upon registration?

The answer I get from support is:

We have to inform that your account got closed as you did not pass the security filters. Please note that we cannot provide further information. However, you will not be able to hold an account with us.

Upon registration of each account with the casino, a security check is conducted. After a review of your account was completed by our security team, they have advised some concerns were raised. As such our security team has advised your account was closed as we would not be able to host you as a client at this time.
I'm honestly not too bothered, it's mildly annoying to be refused service like this for no apparent reason, but not a huge deal as it's a pretty low traffic site from what I've seen. Wondering though if anyone has experienced the same and might know why my account (newly registered, never deposited/played) was closed.

Thanks for the work you do here and helping people out. I'm currently in the middle of the long run around of account verification and getting my first withdrawal. I was told my selfie with license could not be read when it definitely clear. Is this something you could help with by any chance?

Not sure if there are any reps still active in here, but...

I had my HDD die in my poker computer. I didn't have too many hands from juicy, maybe 35k or so, but they are gone on the dead HDD.

I emailed support and asked them to send me copies of my HH's. They said they were unable to, but even as I asked in different ways, they would not provide me an answer as to why they are unable to. Does Juicy not keep backups of player hand histories? It seems like they should be doing so, for a myriad of reasons, customer requests like this being one of them.

I'll post a quote from Josem in a thread I started about my HDD problems over in the CTH forum. I explained that the site I was on said they wouldn't/couldn't send me my hand histories.

Hey, sorry for overlooking this post. When it comes to documents I can't do much and with the new AML rules in place the department in charge has to be very strict (unfortunately).

Did you get this resolved?

I've been a member of Intertops since 2011 and was one of the higher volume players back then. I made numerous cashouts in (2011,2012, 2013) but when I tried to cashout recently they requested I send new documents (which is fair) I sent them in immediately and was told 3-5 business days until I'm verified.

Hopefully that is the case however, I am now concerned it will be much longer after reading this thread.

Its been nearly two weeks and my account is still not verified. I do not have a utility bill from my current address and for whatever reason the document team keeps denying my bank statements.

As I stated previously, I have had a verified account on Intertops for over 10 years. I often place in the top 10 of the fpp race, which means I am one of the higher rakers on this site.

Does anyone know what other documents I could send to them?

I will receive another bank statement the beginning of October which will have my address on it, but Id prefer to verify my account before then.

I suspect this FLH player is a bot. Its been sitting at several tables for over 24 hours, perhaps much longer than that.

I apologize for double-post but I feel I should update my last post.

Intertops verified my account. The fact that I lost the majority of the $ I had there during this process influenced my previous post. I have played here off and on for over 10 years and never had an issue with withdrawals and the live chat CS has been exceptional.
