I know this question has been asked a thousand times.. I have not played since the full tilt shutdown. Looking for medium-high stakes games again. I am a North Carolina resident. My questions are:

1. Is it 100% legal to play if you're able to get your money onto one of these sites? (aka 0, and I mean 0 risk to me?) With my job, I just can't risk doing anything that could be considered 'against the law' by any means.

2. I hear that intertops may be the best site at the moment, what's the most reliable way of getting money in?

3. What rakeback sites are most common these days?

What does that mean exactly?

It means wake up. Why come here and ask silly questions about the legality of playing online poker in Tarheel country if being legal is so important. Playing is legal, withdrawing funds might be crossing a line you don't want to. OK?

Is there any way to get rakeback on this site even though I already had rakeback on Cake? I don't get why you couldn't have both or cancel Cake and play on here

You can get rakeback on Intertops if you have a rakeback account elsewhere, you just need to wait 90 days from the last time you logged in to your Cake account where you currently have rakeback.

Intertops has these o8 token sitngos where 4 people play for a ticket to the $1000 guaranteed, but that tourney is at 12pm est. How stupid is that? You guys offer 1 o8 satellite you can actually use your tokens in and if you win, you must play the 12pm est tourney? You can't even unregister and use the ticket for later. This is so stupid. People work during them hours. Geez I'd rather have my damn tokens back. This is really upsetting. I took out all 3 players and now I can't even play the tourney I won the ticket for.

My account isn't even open. Emailed them hoping they realize I don't have Cake account anymore

When registration opens, just unregister and play it when you're available on that day.

As piano said it will be no issue so long as you haven't played on your Cake account in 90 days. I had a similar situation and it was no problem getting rb transferred to Intertops by talking with support.

apologies for takin so long to post again. WU available for pick-up 8 days after initial request. got a couple of vents for intertops but another time and place for that. about WU, imho, 8 days isnt bad in the current environment but it isnt worth the extra fees if it isnt any faster than a check. especially if and when you're interrogated upon pick-up. (yes, i was asked about the nature of the transaction. I simply said business. When I was asked to elaborate I basically told her to mind her own business and went to a different spot.)

I think I'll stay away from WU and stick with a check in the future. If it was available for pickup in 2-3 days and you really need the funds then i can see paying the extra fees. But as it is now, I think check is better.

So does that go to say that the bank doesn't give you any trouble with Intertops checks? I'd be more worried about confronting the bank than I would be about confronting WU employees.

What is required for player to player transfer on here?

You must be a member of the site for at least 2 months.

Who interrogated you, the wu clerk or the store clerk??

Jesus christ these sites act reputable the minute you need your money back. Months for withdrawals and transfers, seconds for deposits

What do I do to get my poker limit raised? From what I understand if I deposit $100 I won't get the full $100 to play with. Is this true, if so what do I do?

I had a $200 limit available right away. If you need it raised, just get on the live support chart and request a raise. They will get it to where you need it.

Requested cashout via check on 4/20. Processed 4/25. I will update when I receive and it clears.
