But super important that I verify myself multiple times with a "confirmation that I really own this BTC address"

I obviously got scammed now... gonna write a public complaint now.

I recently noticed that Intertops had rebranded to Everygame Poker, so I decided to give it a try. I started to create an account and was told I already had one. I guess I made an account years back when it was Intertops. I have no trouble depositing $25 and start to play. I go on a bad swing right away and have to deposit $25 two more times before things start to turn around. I run up my $75 investment to over $1000 and decide it is time to make my first withdrawal. So, I send in the required documents and wait. After a week with no response, I contact them via the live chat option. Then they tell me they haven't received the documents and ask if I can resend them. So, I do this and confirm that they have received them this time. They confirm and say they have received everything, but it will still take a few days to process. Today(4 days later), I'm playing the tables as usual, and notice my account drop to $0. I thought this may be a glitch, so I closed the program and reopened it, only to find out I could no longer log in. I immediately go to email to mail them, and see that they have mailed me. They said they no longer accept players from my state and my deposits will be returned and money in my account will be confiscated. I have read their terms and conditions which does not exclude any states, however states that they reserve the right to not accept players from the United States. The moral of the story is....... They had no problem letting me deposit and letting me play from my state, but when it came time for me to withdrawal, my account gets banned and money confiscated because they do not accept players from my state. Absolutely horrible doing business here and recommend nobody play here. Its seems they will look for any loophole at all to not pay you.

Training support better is great, but would not have helped at all. The problem is, Everygame let me deposit and play. I didn't even speak to anyone until I was trying to get my documents verified to withdraw. The terms and conditions say nothing about any states being excluded and on any other site that that I'm restricted from playing, I just simply can't play at all. So how is one supposed to know if their state is restricted? On purpose or accident...... I've been scammed by Everygame Poker and cannot recommend playing there to anyone.

Everygame posted around 9AM ET 2022/11/19 on Twitter that they were having technical issues beyond their control. I wouldn't worry just yet.

a question: I have had a Everygame (Intertops) account for many years.
In all these years I have noticed that monthly more or less in the freeroll section there are some private tournaments with a decent prize pool and very few registered players. I've asked at your chat several times for information about these tournaments but no one has ever managed to be clear about how to register. Searching the internet I can't find anything.

Hi, we do have a few 'affiliate freerolls' running. These have been set up exclusively, meaning that the info about these tournaments as well as the needed password will only be provided from these affiliates to the players who signed up through their site.

But no worries, we will add some more freerolls to our schedule in the coming weeks.

Hi, it seems our technicians were able to get most of our services up and running again.

Again, we are very sorry for the annoying downtime and hope that we are back on track.

We have a $2,500 GTD tournament this evening at 7:05 pm Eastern and a freeroll for the main is starting already at 3 pm.

There're some issues with logging into poker client. Sometimes it works, but often it says "Poker is temporarily offline. Please try again...". This happens during the whole week and it happens right now actually. Is there any news about the situation?

hello guys,

intertops/everygame does not want to pay me out.

i am trying to withdraw my remaining funds to my hardware wallet and have sent them my addresses but they are telling me that they need my full name on my hardware wallet….

but there is no option to do so..

i have tried it with a paper wallet , wrote down my btc address and my full name on it… got declined as well…

can somebody help me please?

it is just ridiculous that they need my full name and compared to other sites like (Wpn, GG, chico) and have such „high security“ standards…. but it seems more that they simply dont want to pay me out…

if nobody can help me, i will open up a complaint with all the chat answers from them

when I try to launch the chat website it tells me „Service temporaily not available“

so my only option is to write an email to them… which takes several times till they reply
