I have been waiting for my account to get verified for 2 weeks. And its still not verified, i dont understand how it can take this long, i need to make withdraws to play.

Also i would like to suggest, if you have a rakeback, you should have a calculator to count the rake.

I normally play between 100nl and 500nl but only after I deposited did I see the insane $200 daily limit. It wasn't made obvious at all anywhere. I immediately contacted support and said that the $200 isn't even 1 buyin for my normal game. After this shady bs I decided I don't want to do business with them at all. So I sent in my documents and requested a cashout which they denied saying I need to roll over. I never played a single hand because of their insane limits and I refuse to step down to micro limits just to try and clear a huge(relative to the stakes) deposit. The "senior" in chat said the following:

That is completely unacceptable and is super shady

I'm very certain you can increase this daily limit by contacting support. That's also what it says in the cashier. What do you think how these people open-sitting high/Midstakes FL Lobby do it?
Stay calm, contact support, roll over what they require (which is standard) and it will be fine.

I did contact them and they offered to increase that to $500 which is just insulting. It is a waste of my time. At this point I'm willing to take the 10% hit just to get my money out of that dumpster fire of bs rules that do not exist anywhere else online that I'm aware of

Still cant withdraw, i have been asked to sent all documents again, and i am not still sure what documents are the problem.

I play on other sites, i have gotten verified in 2days max.
I belive many players are happy, but i am right now very unhappy with this current situation.

I do realize it might be some stuff that i have done wrong with sending them, but things should be more clear, i have no idea right now whats wrong with the thing.

Ive been clearing this subject out for 5hours in total in chat box, i dont get clear answers to questions im asking.
One of support chat box was closed while i was still writing.

Im quite unsure of situation, and i will have to get back in it when i once again have energy to do this.

I think they purposely don't make it clear so the first time you send in documents it'll get denied. For example, here is exactly what a senior support agent told me via chat(I copied and pasted it for future reference)

They never mentioned the selfie as a requirement or anything at all about making sure all 4 corners of the document were visible. Either they have piss poor communication on the back end or they do that **** on purpose to delay things even more. Either way it is straight up bs

To avoid future bs I flooded them with pics from tons of angles, tons of selfies and then I scanned everything too. Just so they can't possibly give me any more bs like this. If they do I'll assume they're robbing me

Alkimia, i have delivered them high resolution picture of me holding id near my face.
They did require now new high definiton picture of me holding id to my face,
eventho i just did.

Also, first i had removed private number on my card, what has been fine with every other site. They told files cant be edited. So i had to post a picture that had the number in it, i am not happy with this eather.

I delivered 3 diffrent pictures of a bill stating my residence, i was asked to deliver non cropped file.

Now i have to see my friend who is photographer, and we are gonna take high resolution pictures of everything.

I won a good sum of money there, and i havent been able to take it out.
Ive been trying to withdraw for now 2weeks and 2days.
My biggest win of all sites, and i cant take it out. Really boggling.

I have contacted help on this subject, i actually saw a positive review on intertops when i joined,
so this is coming to me as a real suprise i am in this situation.

Dont have a lot of time to put in right now, i will upload the documents i was asked, and i will report whenever i get some updates.

Ice cubes new album, everythang is corrupt just playing in my head, while i miss the days when 50% rakeback was avaible like everywhere, and withdraws happend without weeks delays.

same with ID issues. I submitted new docs in August (as my ID did expire) and they processed a withdrawal. I submitted one a week ago and they re-asked for documents. And I kind of laughed it off and was like check my records you can see I've been communicating and sent the docs. They said the docs were old. And I came back with well wait, you just approved a cash out a few months ago, why are you asking again? They gave me some BS so I just resent my docs from August 2020. They came back and said it won't work this time. WTF, I have been on the site for 10-12 years. Bye intertops.

Nice to hear im not alone in this madness, traffic has not been high, or low, eventho i have been on break from whole site now for a week.

Now my friend dident have time or energy, to take high res pictures, so money is still waiting in there. Its a big part of my income, so so frustrating.

There are a lot of things wrong with intertops which is probably why they have such low volume. No other poker site in the world has these insane daily limits, almost every poker site in the world offers multi color decks, all mobile clients I've ever used have waitlist capabilities but their's doesn't, and every site I've ever played at that has auto rebuy feature that feature actually works. Those guys are doing a lot of things no one else does and none of them are good. They're literally just burning money.

Also, they don't encrypt email traffic. Anyone on the same network can monitor the emails in plain text. So theoretically someone on the same network could be viewing all of the documents we send them. 1991 called and wants its sever configuration back

They refuse to tell me via live chat who regulates them. They just keep telling me to contact complaints@intertops.ag

These are simple questions that you should have an answer to. Due to the lack of a reasonable response, like telling me who regulates your site, I think I'm forced to make a complaint with the FTC sooner than next week

There's no point in making research about their regulation, they are licensed in Curaçao, so even if you find the exact address etc etc they won't give a ****
Also still have verification pending, I can't believe how long this takes with such a small player base...

Their use of the insecure email server almost certainly violates US law and I'm sure it violates many more laws in the EU regarding their fairly strict privacy laws

Well its good thing we are keeping here together a talk about this,

if intertops is a growing gambling site, they definetly should have clear answers, to clear questions. Since i have sent all documents, with clear text info, and clear face, only the bill was somewhat not in line, but does it matter atleast a bit.

I havent had energy because this is draining me out of it, to get the new pictures,
and since this conversation, i am somewhat worried, them having documents that i own. Also by not accepting version where i hide my personal info. Already bad enough they having my biggest bankroll i own, without me being able to touch my own money.

Not the happiest of customers right now.

I had this reverify issue a year ago. I wasn't happy with the traffic and tried to withdraw 100 dollars via bitcoin. They asked for the face/id verification even though I already verified and withdrew about 8 months prior. I submitted again and again and they still kept asking for more to verify. I just got fed up and stopped sending verification documents because it was only 100 dollars. Sad to see how far Intertops have fallen.

Posting a thread out of frusteration, but also a warning to current and future players.

I have been playing at Intertops for well over ten years. In August 2020, I requested a withdrawal and received an email stating that I needed to update my documents. I provided said documents and received a payout in last August and also a second payout in early September.

Fast forward to this week. I requested a crypto payout and received the "verify your documents email". I kind of laughed and said I sent them. They didn't think it was funny and said re-send. So, I resent the same photo that was accepted previously. Chat told me that the documents on file expired in 2017. I asked them to verify my last cash out and they said September 2020. As I thought my trick had worked she replied to my obvious question with "Please send your documents to the security team".

Cliffs:
- Intertops was once a legit, reputable site
- I believe they have either changed leadership or ownership (first issue ever)
- I'm pissed off they won't send me my $150

Sounds like you should send your documents to the security team. Maybe the last agent in August messed up and never saved them to your account. And the current agent is too lazy to look back on previous emails

Guess we would need a correct law system, to be enforcing correct laws.
Now its just a mess all around atleast on most places.

This is decades old site, and this seems to have been happening for years.

I feel sick about this, i am still filing a crime report soon if i dont get my withdraw
