[Intertops Poker] Ex-Official Support & Promotions Thread - Page 377 - Online Poker Sites -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I havent played much on here and dont have much money on the site.
I wanted to withdraw all remaining funds about 2 weeks ago when they asked me for additional documents to send which I did all send.
Now the customer service doesnt answer already for 4 days or so and I cant access the site via browser or software.

I am from thailand if it matters.

I find it especially strange because the website says "access denied".
Did they ban thailand ?

Update on BOTS:

Now they have strated to take things seriously and they have finally closed the accounts of bots!!!!!!!!!!!

We did not saw them on site since Friday 5th of December. Big thank you goes also to VIP GRINDERS who pushed on them to start moving.

Could you add more tournaments pls?
Like a tournament series for a week or so like the major sites.

more tournaments on sundays and more tournament during the week between 18-22 MET.
and a 55$ between 0-4 MET.

Seems to be some kind of issue at the Intertops end.

Funny, but I can connect via one of the other Horizon network skins. But since noone can connect from Intertops, there's basically noone playing. Any tournaments that actually start end up overlaying.

As of 10:30 Eastern this morning no live chat operators were available. I can look again later, but it may be a while.

EDIT: It appears that it is working again as of 11:00 Eastern.

I can get into the poker room via the client. I still get the "Check your browser..." WITHIN the client, but can just go around it by hitting the "Poker" button.

The website appears to still be having problems. Intermittently accessible and then inaccessible. Same for the sportsbook section of the website.
