For those of us who weren't aware of "standard network policy" Intertops support was very unhelpful. I asked twice on live chat if I should wait for it to unpause (hu sng running) or if I should close the client and expect a refund. I was only told to please be patient and blah blah blah with some cookie-cutter reply.
How difficult could it have been for them to simply state "There is no need to wait for it to unpause as everyone will be refunded." Easy Peasy. Would have been nice and I wouldn't have sat at my PC for over an hour.
To be fair, it's the only time I've ever been frustrated with Intertops and/or it's support (I know this is a network issue, not Intertops).
