I'm sure they are not under contract. They could switch to Merge or WPN if they really wanted to. Still have never got an answer from Johannes exactly why they won't....

From what I've heard, it appears they are indeed segregated now.

Well that sucks. HU SNGs is how I build BRs up when I start low.

Looks like I might now have to switch to Merge or WPN

Yeah, I think it worked for my session tonight finally too. Hopefully it stays that way.

The complete segregation of 100NL for FR though is horrendously disturbing considering I dont normally play below 100NL at all.

Sigh.

I really, really, REALLY dont want to not play on Intertops

(I like playing here, but playing 50NL and below exclusively is not really appealing anymore - there is 1 table running at 100NL+ and its a FR 200NL table (0 6max tables).

Ugh.

So you're sure that they're not under contract, that Merge or WPN would take them immediately on terms acceptable to Intertops, and that this would be easy for Intertops to do?

Any possibility that you might not understand the situation as thoroughly as you think you do, and that there could be a whole lot of good reasons why Johannes wouldn't be able to comment?

Yeah, I mean how dare them to not share their in depth business plan with every random stranger on an online poker forum that sends them a PM.

Is this back open to US players. I'm seeing iIntertops banners making me think something changed.

Correct, Fair Play Technology is over (we broke the story to the web a few weeks ago, links ITT). This is straight up segregation.

It's always a good idea after depositing to get in touch with support and kindly ask them to cover deposit fees. Many times a site will do so with a smile

Bobo has great points.

Intertops is an excellent company... too excellent. This actually would likely work against them if they wanted to move networks. Think about it, would Merge want this behemoth coming in with 6x faster cashouts than the "network" cashier? Would WPN want someone coming in 2x as fast, with a real sportsbook product that would compete against the sportsbooks already on their network, not to mention the network owned sportsbooks!?

How come that only one source ever posted about it from what I remember? Has anyone else confirmed it for sure?

PokerFuse independently confirmed that Fair Play Technology was dead a day or two after my website broke the story. OFC, then Shane came around to say otherwise... but the system known as FPT is gone despite what Shame says. The system FPT was designed to obsfuscate, i.e. pure segregation, is still in effect, but players access to games based on "skill level" is no more.

Exactly! At least its a bit more honest right now. It's just not sustainable to have skins with play money (juicy, lock) sharing players with skins with real money (intertops). Unfortunate, but that's the reality.

Just trying to understand the situation. Is there still any kind of segregation going on within the Revolution Network beyond the exclusive Lock cash tables and them doing their utmost not to share as many tables with the rest of the network (and skins that obv cash out by far faster than them)?

Are there any plans to bring back the $55, $109, and $215 nightly MTTs? Maybe even a $50 or $30 Rebuy or cubed?

I'm sad to see the loss of most of the higher stakes mtts on the week nights. I'm hopeful there's some sort of replacement plan in place.

This is what I am seeing last 2 days at 50/1 and above PLO. Table numbers changed also.

Intertops,

I (we = most folks in the forum of course) would really appreciate some sort of reply to what is going on with the segregation. My knee jerk assumption; Intertops is not playing lock's / revolution's BS games and is doing what is necessary to protect themselves and players at the moment. Is Intertops planning a move on networks? Is that a feasible option? It is terrible what the segregation has done to the games thus far. I understand that you may not be able to divulge too much info but anything is better than nothing. Thanks

Yeah I am seeing hardly anything. How can Intertops go on with so little Omaha / Omaha HL being played?

Edit: I know the sports book, Holdem is the main attraction but I think there has to be a little balance too....

Yes. Much and many of the things I've speculated would happen have in fact come to fruition. I got a lot of flack about this last year... but math doesn't lie.

I wish we knew the answer to this. You've got to understand that even other operators on the network aren't necessarily privy the machinations over at "the network" There have been over 2 dozen changes to segregation and FPT. It's constantly changing, and all of it sucks.

Transparency would definitely help the network a lot to regain some momentum, especially considering the traffic development as of lately.

was considering joining Intertops, but I noticed that all of the cashout options for US citizens other than "Ukash" are quite expensive. are there any promotions (i.e. 1 free payout per month) or payout tips to make withdrawing less costly? if not, has anyone had any experiences with Ukash? thanks in advance.
