My tables at Intertops freeze, so I close out poker client and restart. It attempts to connect for a little over 5 min. This whole time I'm still playing on RPM and Bodog without any issues. When it finally reconnects I return having lost 50% of my chips. I email support asking to be refunded for the lost equity. They do their investigation and send me an email saying "there were no issues on our end" and "we can't refund you". My question is how is it my connection if I'm still online at other sites? This exact scenario happened at Bodog a few months ago and was told same thing by them. Before black friday I never had this happen(not being reimbursed) on Stars,FTP or UB and now I grind on these 2nd tier sites and the software is so bad they're always crashing. I've wanted to keep playing online poker because it pisses me off the government thinks they can run my life but its getting to where I'm about to give it up because I'm sick of getting **** on.
2 emails to support unanswered. Just want to know how its possible to be playing on 2 other sites when Intertops shut down if its my connection? Like I said I'm not very computer knowledgeable, but want to understand how that works? Not really sure why they won't respond to me.

What email did you use? This one should work: poker@intertops.eu

They also have a live chat on their website as well: http://poker.intertops.eu/en/contact/

I would suggest holding all Match & Win freerolls on weekends, rather than Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. I understand that there is no one schedule that will be perfect for everyone, but I think holding them on the weekends would be preferable to the majority of the player base. You could start by surveying the 150 or so players that qualified for November's freerolls to affirm whether or not this would be the preference of the majority of the player base.

Hi

This is a network wide promotion and to be able to serve as many as possible the tournaments are spread over more days. This is most fair for everybody.

I appreciate this. Not all of us work the typical Mon-Fri 9-5 grind.

Yeah I'd check with their live support. Last time I checked however, it was check and bank wire as the two options. Checks were like 2 weeks total, and I believe wires were 7-10 days.

One of my friends who I referred to Intertops had a problem. When he opened the account, it only let him deposit $200-$250, I guess because the account is new. He thought that he would be able to quickly deposit again the next day and still be able to get the full deposit bonus but now support is telling him that they wont give it to him, they just want to give it on the first $200-$250. Can you make an exception for him?

Hi

To have a look at his account I would need him or you to send me his Intertops username via PM.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi

You have already received an answer from us and we do not know why your computer was disconnected since we did not have any issues on our side.

Is it possible to be disconnected at one site and have others working fine AND have it be on my end? If so can you explain how? These questions were never answered in 3 emails. I feel I have the right as a customer to be explained how something works if I feel I'm being f*cked. Any reputable business would try to explain this to an unhappy customer, but not you people. Shame on you Intertops.

BTW-other players at my tables commented about connection issues as well. No shame

People there are better options out there than these incompetents.

All of the Queens I've seen this session have a black eye on their right side (you're left when looking directly at the screen). Anyone else experience this? King got drunk? Not enough mayo on the sandwich?
The first time it came up I disregarded it as simply a glitch, but the queens are consistently coming up with a blacked out right eye. This is true for both the queens dealt to my hand and the ones that appear on the board. Odd.

Just head to the next live casino nearby. GG WP.

I take it you also provided all technical details of your PC to them as well to identify a possible problem, otherwise it is quite difficult when they have not experienced any server issues on their end.

All I want to know is - is it possible to be connected everywhere else AND have ONE website shutdown AND have it be on my end? They never asked for anything, never even attempted to help me.All I know is that my connection was working fine. Should I just be a mute and keep quiet? Or just say ok I wasn't really playing anywhere else during this? Anybody would want this answered. The reason these sites pull this **** is because of runts like you who never say anything. You say WP like I'm being a dick, wtf is wrong with wanting an answer to something like this? Why can't they explain this to me? All they had to do was explain this and I'm still playing there.

BTW they "say" there were no issues on their end but other players at my table reported having same issues. Did we all just have ****ty connections?

Side note- Whats your agenda here? I constantly see you in threads, always sticking up/answering questions for the sites. Are you an affiliate? If so, do you mind telling me the name of the website you own? Again if so, do you not respond when a client comes to you wanting an answer?

Yes, there could be routing problems between you and just one site. An example:

There were several replies; some people were having no issues, others the same as the OP.

How do you know that I never say anything? I don't post these rants in 2+2 threads simply because I prefer constructive feedback with as many details as possible, otherwise its sometimes difficult to say what actually happened.

I am affiliate and poker player ... and most of the questions can be answered with common sense and experience. And no, I won't openly post the name of the site that I technically run, simply because that kind of advertising is against the rules at 2+2.

What other details you want me to get? I said I'm not computer knowledgeable and sent emails asking them to explain this to me,which were never returned. I THEN posted here looking for answers...guess I shouldn't come here for that? Knowing the answer to that is common sense? GFY
