I just tried playing 8 tables on intertops poker which is a skin of cake. does anyone notice how much it lags when they have a lot of tables loading up? Sheesh, i thought bodog software was bad with the lag on intertops is really really bad.


I then checked and it is using up 75% of my system resources when 8 tabling. Is this normal? I never played on a pokersite with THIS MUCH OF A LAG before.


I thought the software was very good? I know its not my computer because my computer is really fast especially when i played on stars and tilt.

concern to inter tops rep

cliff notes

-deposited 31 dollars to play a ten dollar rebuy tourney on Intertops poker
- bought in for 11, rebought for 10 more
-went to add on, there was 0 dollars in my account making adding on impossible
- I talk with intertops representitves via live chat and they BLOCK me from talking with them on ridiculous grounds that I was using foul language during the live chat ( I admit I said "this is ****ing unfair guys") hmmmmm

just thought I would add "Intertops" poker has recently screwed me over on a 31 dollar deposit,

today a little after 6pm et (10/31/11) I deposited 31 dollars to play the 10 dollar rebuy, I buy in for 11, rebuy for 10.. but oddly when I go to add on it says my availible balance was 0. I of course email support on the issue as it was my reason for busting out of the tourney. (my chipstack at the time was 2600, the add on was for 2500 which would have greatly increased my chances of at least cashing of course, I did bust out of the tourney after being forced to shove all in preflop with about 7 bb. I would have never made the play I was forced to had I had the extra 2500 chips that I paid the 31 dollar deposit for ,

I am not afraid to say that although it was only 30 dollars it meant alot to me, I am not say a wealthy person and cant afford getting screwed over by a website on a 30 dollar tourney. Either way rich or poor, it was the principal of intertops robbing me (what ever the amount it may be) I fully expected intertops to take care of the issue and at least reimburse me the 21 dollars that I spent on the tourney expecting being able to rebuy, but when the rebuy period came my balance was suddenly zero. Interops did not reimbursh me, as a matter of fact they blocked me from live chat after I complained to them using the word **** with an f

I emailed intertops asking them to at least credit 21 dollars back and they threatend to cut me off from contacting them via email because of me swearing in the live chat prior to the email......

This is reallly ridiculous, I left cake poker because of there 3 -6 month wait period for checks only to run into worse issues on INTERTOPS poker..... them making money disappear from my balance

I think you area right. I guess you have to decide if you would rather play more tables or use pokertracker. Maybe one day they will have software that makes both possible.

the intertops live help are pretty incompetent. they give wrong information, offer no real help.
you should try emailing affilate@intertops.eu, Hjalmar is usually pretty good at helping out.
However i will say the last 3 emails i sent him, i have had no response for weeks now.
When i first signed up, i was getting response by email usually within 1-2 days.
Now that i been playing for around 45 days , i get no response.

yes it did happen to me to so i did not install at that time, then tryed again from different link and did not get the message? with that said, i dont think it has to do with the integrity of the site.

He might be on vacation, even though there was no notification or automated response. I chatted with him early last week but haven't heard anything for a week now and he also didn't respond to the thread either.

this is what Intertops response was to me via email

"As per our conversation via Live chat, your Poker limits are set to $200.00 per day, $500.00 per week, this has been communicated to you previously. In order to have the limits increased you are required to do a phone verification with our customer service staff or provide verification by sending your documents, and we will be happy to increase your limits through either of these mediums"

Please also note, due to your use of indecent language on the Live chat, you have been banned from contacting us via this medium.

If you have any further queries, please contact us we will be happy to assist.

Who ever the inter tops rep on these forums are please provide a response in this matter. I was never aware of any type of "poker limits" and no this has never been "communicated previolisly to me". The ten dollars was made availible to me a whole day after the tournament ended. Had I known about "poker limits" I clearly who have never signed up the the 10 dollar rebuy tourney knowing I COULD NOT add on. In addition I have been banned by intertops from contacting them via email and live chat merely for using foul language because I was rightfully upset that I was screwed over by THERE sytem,

I do NOT recommend anyone to play on Intertops, So far there customer service has treated me like garbage,not to mention 50 dollar check fees, they have "poker limits" that you have to find out about, they wont tell you before signing up. If you go over your limit and say have to add on or rebuy in tourney you are already in you will not be able to, EVEN if the money is in the availible balance.

Interops has still not credited me back the 21 dollars that was wasted in the rebuy tourney I played

do not deposit on interops poker they are trash

not to be confused with in game live chat, they banned me from live help chat for being upset that I could not add on in a tournament even though there I deposited enough to cover the add on

Hi

Yes you have been blocked from our live chat because of being verbally abusive and we do not think that our support has to take such treatment. If you regard them as being bad at what they do then there are other ways of expressing that in a more civilized manner.

In August, if you want I can give you the date and time, you talked to our customer support and they advised you about our Poker Loss Limits. You were told we would have to call to verify your information. However, your response was that 'you couldn't talk right now'. You were then advised that either our customer support calls you or you provide us with documents but we got no response from you.

Just for your information, the ten dollars you received the day after the tournament was your rakeback payment and has no connection with the tournament what so ever.

Cases like these are anyway always handled by the poker department and because of the weekend and a national holiday here it has take a bit longer to process. You will have $21 credited to your account during today.

Rakeback is paid out once a day to the player account. It is paid in $10 instalments meaning that when you have earned yourself $10 in rakeback it will be paid out. If you in one day earn yourself $35 in rakeback, you will receive $30 ($10+$10+$10) the coming day and $5 will go on until you have another $10 instalment to be paid out.
